Or maybe I don't? A No Lynch option might not have been my first choice had the site not been sucked into hell itself, but I think it might prove to be a useful way to right the ship. And it would allow time for loyalties to form. And you guys know how I love it when loyalties are formed.

I was the first to consider a no lynch.

I'm voting No Lynch because it's only fair given the site troubles.

I agree with this. Voting No Lynch in a LMS game is like lynching a civ while playing as a civ - it doesn't help you at all. It's the opposite of what your role is trying to accomplish.

Allow me to enlighten you my dude:

The goal of the game isn't "murder everyone" It's "Don't get murdered"

Therefore, and without question, the soundest initial strategy is peace in our time. If no one is lynched, everyone has an opportunity to mesh with at least one element, and more importantly, get some information as to with whom they would or would not prefer to mesh elements, team up, etc.

Mindlessly lynching, on Day 1, places the individual at a disadvantage. For one, there is no guarantee that the person getting lynched won't be you. For another, you may find you lynched an element that would have been mission critical to your success.

A vote for sig wouldn't bother me, if he ended up getting enough votes. But I'm not moving my vote onto him just yet. It would be a miscalculation to make an enemy so soon without assuring he'd be lynched.

Switched to Sig so it's a tie now.

I didn't want to lynch anyone today but everyone else is a bully and made me.

I combined with Epignosis, who was the first to request to fuse with me. It worked out well.

How do you have so much info about your results? I got (my element) plus (another element) is *results*

The name of the person I combined with was not mentioned. Only the elements and the result. You were told specifically that your results involved Epi, and that he was the first to target you?

Has anyone considered that this is an LC/BR game and there are very likely one or more combos that result in target switching and things of that nature? I am not going to presume that the person I targeted and the result I got are 100% related until I get the same result from targeting them again.

Which is to say if No Lynch has 10 votes, and Player X has 5 votes, and Player Y has 5 votes, no one will be lynched. If Player X has 10 votes, and No Lynch has 7 votes, and Player Y has 3 votes, goodbye player X

Probably not. But in this instance I feel it most appropriate yes. Consider: In a normal lynch wherein you only have one vote, your vote will only piss off at most one person, and they might respond by voting for you in turn. And then of course, if they survive, they will use negative powers on you because you pose a threat to their game. Or, convince conspirators to vote for you as well, and lynch you.

Having 3 votes potentially triples that threat while guaranteeing that if you vote for 3 players, one of them will survive.

Personally I was thinking on this. I'm interpreting it as even if no lynch gets majority, the other two are still lynched. Since no lynch is not a player.
