I had Luna as a typical "scummy looking player" type in another game where she looked really scummy, but there she was scum lol. I'm town though. I'm up for hearing the reasons for the town reads. I have sabie as a town read and that's it at this point.

Not to be as obnoxious as Speed (I don't think you are, Speed (and I don't think I need to clarify that really : p)), but what do you mean by that first thing specifically? Where is it coming from? Not really? I hadn't read the game much at the time, just skimmed over it and saw Dunya getting quick intuition reads on people and was like "oh, she's good at that, cool."

I'm going to reevaluate Dunya tomorrow when things feel less OMGUSy

I’m going to do something noneof you are going to like, I’m voting Nova. Here’s why:

If Nova is civ and we do not lynch him, then if he continues to be a no show, the civs are effectively down another vote. It’s like an extra baddie kill. Because if he’s not here, then he won’t vote. I am always going to be a proponent of lynching MIA players. Not to be confused with low posting/activity players.

So all that to say, unless I have someone I am very certain of, I feel better voting for someone who isn’t playing. I will continue to do this in every game I play, because math people! Especially in a game this size.

I don’t feel like I have a solid bad read right now, obviously.

I think I have a somewhat similar approach, though I can't say Iim very systematic about anything.

And no, I don't think that's fair. I don't know what you think or how you see it or how others see it, but that's not at all what I'm feeling. You've beent he one to stand out to me though. Nobody else really stands out that much this game. And I haven't been around or interacted as much as I'm used to.

the push itself was not random. I specifically said you, Quin and nova were in my suspect pool. the latter 2 hadn't checked into the thread yet and you had. checking in with "hi, dunya, hi!" and disappearing didn't sit well with me and I could see scum buddying motive behind it if I wanted to. also scum naturally lay low and you 3 also fit the criteria there.

also you should know i don't care if people don't agree with my reads. i wont scum read someone for disagreeing with who i find suspect. i will scum read someone who doesn't provide content and reasons on their reads if asked about it, though.

actually, speed called me out for it, and i told him that doesn't work because he was the instigator of introducing the theory of a cop and doc PR team into the thread. you should review my posts to see why i voted for speed and what i was seeing at the time, because it seems like you didn't catch that either.

I think, if you're right about the questions thing, then that observation skews town for Dunya here. Despite my attempt to walk away from the thread and look objectively, I've still not rescinded my suspicions. I have a light scumread there, that may change as I look at AG Dunya or review her posts.

dunya - The last scum game I remember was the Currents game. It's a rather old Heist game iirc. I haven't been scum in ages though, not here and not on any other site. It doesn't happen to me, cause I'm always town. Meow ^^

sabie - What reads do you think I've not explained. Cause I don't really feel like I have strong reads at all right now. If you're refering to my first read list those were just fake reads, cause I knew I wouldn't be able to post for a while and I hoped for some kind of reactions for when I had the time. I hadn't even read the thread then, just skimmed who was in the game from that page. That may seem strange to you, but flinging things around is what I do if I don't have any direction.

Problem this day is that I can't be around anymore, and I probably can't much of the weekend either.

I'm trying to take in what other's say about dunya. I really don't know about her, and maybe I'm just worried that she's scum and I don't want to let shit fly if she is. And this is pretty self-absorbed, but I noticed on this site I'm way more often seen as an "easy target" and am pushed more by scum than on my home site, especially with players who haven't played with me. Happened almost every game here actually. (I don't really think I'm an easy target myself, but that's another matter).

Another thing about dunya is I don't get why she's hung up on me. She mentioned intuition, which ok, I also have gut reads and vote based on that if it comes up, but at the same time when she said that she also gave a qualifier for the intution, me saying hi to her. Which is so random to me and can easily be checked if that is something I do in games or not. I don't even know if this makes sense to anyone but me, but I can't really get past this.

Anyway, likely won't be around when day ends and stuff, so I'm just going to ask that if people want to vote me it would be superb if they could at least say why.

I don't know who I want to vote for. Either I'll just leave my vote on Quin because he hasn't done much, which is not a great reason. Meow. Normally I'd be tempted to sheep a town read, but I don't even know if I have a town read. Maybe Speed, but I think most of all he just tends to make sense to me.

I have almost no concept of Space (lol). But if dunya is scum I'm thinking Space is almost certainly town.

Those were just random reads I made up before even reading the game. Tried to make them at odds with what I skimmed on that page, but otherwise just random. Didn't get much out of it other than dunya removing her [mention]sabie12[/mention]

I thought I had made this clear, but maybe not. Cindy Kate culture is a bit different than PerC.

Of this? So Luna speculated about the setup, it being a shooting town role and an extra scum kill, and that read genuine to me. And I really really don't think that's the setup, cause this game has so few players so a potential three kill night seems like over kill, literally, setup wise. Does that make sense? I haven't read back on that post from Luna though.

Others have been speculating about setup too, but that hasn't made an impression really.

I like the way Quin looks. I don't think he is scum. If he is bad then either TH or dunya is his teamie. Luna, of those involved in the no lynch conversation she was the one that stood out to me. She didn't lead anything, but she put her support behind what dunya said about no lynches. Then she clarified that this is not where she expected her vote to stay, so a pressure vote? I do find it weird though that she seemed to have an honest reasons she suspected TH but then switched to Quin for just not being engaged enough? If Luna is bad she is probably protecting someone with votes, either dunya or Dizzy.

The brings us to Dizzy. Dizzy's reaction to dunya saying something about a godfather in response to speedchuck is interesting to me. It seems like I felt, I didn't see any of that stuff mentioned in the roles. But i kept quiet and just pretended i knew what was going on, because i felt stupid, lol. That said, I find it interesting that Dizzy questioned it in connection with dunya's answer, but doesnt seem fazed by the fact that speedchuck talked about a cop role. I would like to know @Dyslexicon how you feel about speedchuck. In fact you also quote Turnip Head discussing how a cop and doctor should handle their roles. Given the fact that Dizzy only reacts to dunya and not so much to TH and speedchuck and the fact there are only two baddies on the team. I'm inclined to think this isn't a teammate tell though.

A question for all: How many of us read the set up before the game started? How many of us have read the setup by now?

This is frustrating, I don't feel like the top three vote earners are bad. I'm actually feeling Turnip Head and speedchuck at the moment. I feel like speed's question was crafted to try and trap dunya who apparently seemed to turniphead to have soft claimed cop? I didn't see this, but I'm not good at catching hints and soft claims. I wish one of them had votes still...
