I think DDL got snagged by a booby trap. No lynches are horrendous, and I thought it looked evident that speedchuck wasn't serious in his recommendation.
Of course the price we pay for that is a civ night kill, so I'm not entirely sure the move is profitable. Would like to see a discussion on it, though.

M Plus 7, also provided slank or "slang", so I know he's busy, but I still require more from him to really have a solid read on him. I have seen other players (not him) who are generally talkative people who provide slank but still end up posting through the roof as mostly town people; there were some scum outliers though.
Gemma's birds seem fine and fluffy. I like that she is in the thread and posting at least. Could use more content to go by, because the thread seems lacking of it.
Nova, I like so far. Not sure or can't remember if I read him correctly the last time we played together or maybe I was scum that game. Who knows? I guess I want longer content from him. It seems like a lot of his posts are a bit on the shorter side. That as general note seems a little suspicious or holding your thoughts too close to yourself.
I'll be gone for a lot of today unfortunately. I hope to be back on in 12 hours.

Heck, coming from you, I would have expected an essay on what the expressions on Gemma's bird's faces mean about her subconscious re: her alignment. Not that I'm demanding that, but point is, I'd expect you to use your little free time to do way more interesting things than what you're doing now.

why is it iffy for someone to care what your reads are and prod you accordingly
i am confused
Why do you think JJJ should be town read?
epig shaded jjj with what i thought was a really bad question, so i asked him what his jjj read was in order to tell if he was town genuinely suspecting jjj or scum just wanting to throw cheap shade. he refused to tell me what his jjj read actually was. how exactly does my questioning feel weird when it was epig who was being rude to me and trying to gaslight me?
i wasn't implying that jjj should be townread, or anything else about him. if there is a reason for jjj to be town it's probably his wild bursts of posting, but that's not very good reasoning
i loled because what else am i supposed to do when someone refuses to talk to me and eventually answered my question about someone he is apparently scumreading by saying that he doesn't have to talk about his townreads. nothing i've asked is surface level, you just aren't looking any deeper, and apparently aren't even reading the posts if that is your takeaway from our exchange? the dude is clearly more interested in his own sense of privilege than actually talking to another person as an equal (sorry if that's a bit harsh)

-The fuel that is used by the DFSW2 gas propane forge is all contained in a pressurized cylinder. This means that the product does not make a mess at all when it is being used.
-The DFSW2 gas propane forge does not require plenty of effort to be used; anyone with any skill level can use this.
-The DFSW2 gas propane forge does not pollute the air. If you are an environmental conscious person, this is a very good product to pick up on the market especially on places like eBay.
-As far as maintenance for, if you are a traditional blacksmith, you will be happy to know that the DFSW2 gas propane forge does not require plenty of attention.

You have to ask nutella about spicy takes. I only have mild takes.Owner of a Lonely Heart wrote: ↑Mon Apr 29, 2019 11:12 pm On another tangent, do you currently have any spicy reads to talk about or address?
I presently have two people in the good pile. That's all I've got for now.
I'm reading a foreign language with all these new faces coming in here with their chainsaws and shades and privileges and gaslighting and powerwolfs.
I sometimes feel like I'm in reading the lyrics of a Yes album, come to think of it.

JJJ often gets a pass in my experience for his voluminous content. I give him no such pass.Owner of a Lonely Heart wrote: ↑Mon Apr 29, 2019 11:22 pmIs that everyone or just yourself? I'm asking for a friend. *is curious* * (not related) wants to hear from M Plus 7*
That said, I believe lynching him Day 1 is -EV in the long term, and thus will not be voting for him today.

That being said I did have a conversation with him recently in which he claimed that he prefers to be on Mafia teams that work in union.
You mean there's an actual word (and apparently a long article) about mafia teams...playing the game?
Wild.

I'm adding Owner to the good list.Owner of a Lonely Heart wrote: ↑Mon Apr 29, 2019 11:00 pmCan you be a little less vague and give some more specifics? Like which newer peoples you find townie and what not and which regular folk are more so not human like?MacDougall wrote: ↑Mon Apr 29, 2019 5:36 am I really like these new people. That's one...two...three civilians!
Ah ah ah.

Funny how you imply here that I couldn't actually suspect MP.

Cool.

Two of my three civilians are voting nova.
That's suits me just fine and I don't mind if I join them.

Re: MU Season 6 Scrimmage [Day 1]
I read nova's posts (yes, after I voted for him- I am above chronology ).
I'm not impressed.
The first sixteen posts are mainly dicking around.
If DDL were bad here, and there's a guy in the thread pushing a Day 1 no-lynch (even when it's obvious he's not doing that), why go to bat? Stay in the dugout.
Also fuck these ball players today.
nova has asked a lot of questions but has not meaningfully followed up on them. Here's an example. There are thirty-four question marks in nova's posting history, and he has forty-two posts. I know some of those question marks belong to other people, but damn. He doesn't go anywhere with any of them.
Holy shit bananas, there are even questions without question marks.
And so little follow through.
Maybe he meant it to be a question.
I'm comfortable with my nova vote. My hope is that he gets lynched, is revealed to be mafia, and will henceforth and forever be monitoring his question mark usage.

"Someone new to the community" is like half the field, and these people are decidedly not timid.novaselinenever wrote: ↑Sun Apr 28, 2019 7:07 pm I don't like Soneji's entrance. I get the timid ones, especially for someone new to the community and the site but the old cracking a joke as an ice-breaker followed by absolutely nothing is shit.
DDL gets his Fruit of the Looms in a wad over things sometimes, and he spoke up about this one.novaselinenever wrote: ↑Mon Apr 29, 2019 4:39 amI'm currently beefing with Rundon'twalk and Soneji. I'm not really buying the formers concern with Jay sticking him as good early on, and the whole "he knows I play the same as both alignments" is whack. That has never stopped people from forming read, let alone gut ones. If what he claims is true and Jay knows him well, he should also know Jay well and that flinging poo early on alongside sticking people with an alignment based on first impression is his bread and butter. I think I talked about Soneji's entrance sometime earlier.
The whole no lynch thing is hilarious, and I'm more intrigued by DDL jumping on Speed than the latter making that claim. I took it as him messing around, 'cause I don't believe for a second that he's serious about it.
I can't say I'm a fan of you calling out the vote on DDL, nor throwing around fancy words like "chainsaw defense". Feels like over-compensating

This is devoid of both punctuation and clarity.

Here's a prompt:Gemma wrote: ↑Mon Apr 29, 2019 9:28 pm his reads so far are kind of rigid and one-dimensional-ish which is a little concerning but i'm still getting a sense of his process and given the level he seems to be playing at i think things like his mood and approach to me might be more alignment indicative, so he mostly just ends up at null. if you think there is anything he's done that is very alignment indicative for him i would love to hear it
I'd like to know what your present read is on Epignosis.

Re: MU Season 6 Scrimmage [Day 1]
nova is my preferred lynch.
Gemma I suspect.
MP is a fine default lynch if one is necessary.
I do not approve of a DDL, Luxurious or Owner lynch at this time.
