Re: Retrocausality Mafia - Day 0: It's 'TIME' to get started
whenever i read a post on here I also subconsciously look for a "like" button
sometimes I'll be watching TV and there'll be a good joke or something and I'll try to do the same thing. I won't move but my brain will fire the signal like "hey, that was good humor you should click that like button"

what was it about his behavior that led you to this conclusion?MacDougall wrote: ↑Thu Jun 14, 2018 1:23 amI am not getting sassy at all. Attacking Golden is just the easiest and quickest path for me to get an accurate read on him. He's town.
what kind of behavior would have led to the opposite conclusion?

why do you trust me? why do you trust sig
complicated question, he wasn't mafia but he was an indie with an antibiotic town wincon, and also he was the love of my life but he never calls or texts me but I'm not even bitter about it, it's fine :\Was Zephyrus bad in U-Pick in the end?

Re: Retrocausality Mafia - Day 1: Better flush out the PP
why is that an important distinction
do you feel like his deliberste scheme seems like it's coming from an honest place? was his conclusion reached organicallyAs for Mac - I tend to think he has no particular need to go through a deliberate scheme to declare me town so early if he's bad, and also think he'd be inclined towards consistency with his previous town self in the hope of getting me to town read him rather than choosing a different path. But that read I'm less confident in.

also equally importantly who do you think is bad? who do you trust?

Is the supposed existence of Froot Loops Cereal Straws proof that we are legitimately, outside of this mafia game, living in a world where time-travel exists and we are somehow able to catch glimpses of the fluidity of time, y/n ????

what?MacDougall wrote: ↑Sat Jun 16, 2018 8:39 pm Nutella and quin have appeared to be a unified thought process in this game but in a non nefarious manner. Individually both have seemed off but if you analyse them as one they are sensible and coherent. It appears as though they are conduits for the voice of the universe. does "went off" mean you've left the idea behind because he ignored you or does it mean you picked up the idea when he ignored you

ok so what are the proposed facts involved here?
quin says mechanically that sig and inh are not teammates
golden says mechanically or (spiritually?) that sig is not mafia
also inh is claiming that quin is pressuring him into roleclaiming, for some reason?
is this much correct?

yeah I'm thinking there's probably some rogues.Golden wrote: ↑Mon Jun 18, 2018 1:20 amWhat in the rules suggests there isn't?
Independent isn't exactly a 'faction' and there's no reason to presume they'd be called out expressly. The role guarantees specifically exclude 'cults', a specific form of independent role, but not independents generally.
I don't know there is, either, but I just have no good reason to rule it out.
a wildboy like speeedchuck isn't gonna make a big convoluted game about time travel and think to himself "yes this is good, let's keep all of the alignments nice and traditional"

get the coffee golden\Golden wrote: ↑Mon Jun 18, 2018 5:58 pmHis individual posts feel like they hold merit but then it sort of feels like he vanishes. Colin just called him a 'null read' because of how much he hasn't made any impact and I agree with that fact. Compare to Ancient Greece where he was the opposite. I think he's very good at replicating the questions he asks in his town meta (U-Pick like this too), but they feel like they don't go anywhere quite the same.
For now it's just a small ping, or more realistically me telling myself I need to pay more attention to Kyle now.
Also, everyone went for coffee without me and so I am faced with a dilemma - go by myself or stay in a cranky mood. What's the best option?
i don't mind if you pay attention to me, but looking at my game play and wondering why there hasn't been much impact on day 1 is sorta like going to the beach and wondering why there's so many crabs running around
what was the big impact i made in ancient greece?
