Nah, we still have the potential for 2 kills per night.

Town has an even night vigilante, plus a scum team killing on even nights.
There is also an odd night serial killer, plus a scum team killing on odd nights.

I don't care to comment on how to make use of Felicia at this time. I think the player who has that role can be trusted to use it however they see fit. I don't think it's a bad idea to provide suggestions, though.

Or a game where everyone didnt claim peeks so the cop could easily out their information without outing themselves

I mean the felicity player's peak is a one shot, and can ascertain the identity of any player role in the game, so I think it's a no brainer that it would be used straight away

But there are only 2 (pending 3) in the mafia team currently

Because not posting it forces people to react (or distinctly not react. I wanted to see who would take notice, who would inquire, and who would overlook/ignore it. These are all things that can be very informative later on, especially if Luxurious were to flip scum.
