Like, how do we handle lynches if we can’t see any flips? Have we talked about that? What’s the leading thought there?

you use voting patterns and thread talk to determine it. not a hard concept. You could start by looking into why mac was saved over luna yesterday if you really wanted

Yeah I know that, but you proposed to Sloonei to start with that when he was talking about the lack of flips in regards to team compatibility analysis and whatnot.

Brick choosing to kill Luna over Mac doesn't speak to that.

Yeah, I was just talkin' 'bout like knowing whether or not we're on the right track at any given point if we can't see our results. It's always possible to scum hunt, but we're going to have a really difficult time knowing the full context of the game if we don't know what roles have or have not been removed.

I asked for it though. I perceive it as a critical moment for the civilian win con and want a discussion.

You have strongly indicated that you have information.
There are only a limited number of roles that could gather information.
The hags can narrow their soup pool if you tell us what you are.
We can lynch one of them if your info is legit.
Or we can trust you and lynch your suspect without having you claim. That you’re prepared to claim at all might be enough for me.

Mac has revealed Luna was a witch. So now we can look at who Luna is compatible with. Muriel was replaced by Sloonei because Muriel was absent. With no interaction to judge from Alina could conceivably had been teammates with Muriel/Sloonei.

I was just about to make a post saying that mafia might be more bold in this game than the standard syndicate game given the lack of flips. We can't connect teammates if we can't figure out who's bad. They can do things they ordinarily would not do.

I was dropped into the game like 2 hours earlier with the foreknowledge that I wasn’t gonna go all out, and I had not read anything except for the ongoing conversation. Mac started asking me for advice on something I had the vaguest understanding of. What did you want me to say?

It’s not about knowing the setup. It’s about having a position that I disagree with and then walking it back and shrugging instead of supporting it.

He specifically asked for arguments to the contrary. Does “Soup?” strike you as an impassioned argument?

I am confused by everyone else’s confusion over my responses to Mac. It’s entirely possible/guaranteed thay I was missing a key piece of context, but I did not intend to tell him not to share intel. The entirety of my point was that he has already indicated that he had information, and that was enough for me. Sharing his specific role was not a necessary step.

I have not read most of the thread and I do not intend to.

I’ve interacted with like 4 people. Jack was the only one whose presence suggested poop to me.

I do not deny the possibility of poop in Neverwhere’s responses to me, for example, but at the same time I am not ready to allege poop against them. I would merely suggest its possibility. I allege poop against Jack.

Just realized the deadline is upon us so I switched to sabie to facilitate a lynch.
