Ok but seriously I don't want to read this whole game tonight, can somebody maybe point me towards some of the big moments of D1?

Otherwise I'm just gonna ISO Epi and adopt all his reads.

All games become broken at some point as they unfold. You could just as easily make that comment if they all side with one of the other factions.

That being said. Heaps civvie sounding complaint.
Agreed. At first it pinged me hard, but then I remembered that the leaders have BTSC with the League, and obvi mafia has BTSC with each other, so mafia would've just passed this thought along to the League rather than in the thread.

Not mac but I dont like you proposing an entire team on d2.
Why? You don't think I can catch an entire team on d2? I've done it before. I've also seen entire scum teams caught on day 1 (I miss manu).

We haven't played a tonne together before, but welcome to What I Do. I believe in 'theory of the game'. A scum read is useless if you look around and realise a person has no team compatablities. Look around and find team-indicative behaviour, and you up your chances of having found something useful.

Don't play the idea, play the specific team I'm proposing and underlying assumptions I'm making.
I've also seen people claim a role that has been established as bad before. Doesn't mean we should play like it's a likely possibility.

I agree with checking to see if suspects are team-compatible but I don't think that type of analysis is very useful until you have mafia reveals and/or endgame scenarios. You're layering assumptions on assumptions, and it feels like building a castle on sand.

Add to that stuff like a mafia deciding to hardcore bus/distance like in FE.

This doesn't particularly alarm me coming from MP. He does not hide his emotions in games and isn't afraid to get swept up in momentum or impulsive voting. He'll follow voters if he feels like they're onto something, and then changes his mind a thousand times and feels bad if he's wrong.
What is your experience playing with him?
Don't have any strong recollections. Idk if we've ever played together in a real game. (Realms/Syndicate crossover doesn't count since I was killed n1)

It is baddie LC. I feel very confident in it. I've been in disputes like this with LC when I've correctly called him out before.
I'm in for voting LC. I suspected him on day one. With everyone's suspicions, why is no one voting him yet? [VOTE: LongCon] aubergine

[VOTE: Sloonei] aubergine
@Lunalee what changed between these two posts?
I ditched my Long Con vote because my single vote on him was not going to do anything. I switched to Sloonei because of the two lynch trains, I felt most confident about his. I am still suspicious of both Sloonei and Long Con.
But those votes were less than an hour apart?

True. I mistakenly thought the poll ended at 5, so I was quick to jump. I realized later that I had another day.
But that doesn't come through in the post at all. Your first post days you're in on LC. If you were concerned about being the only vote there, why put it down in the first place?

Then the second post says "still not happy with LC vote". So aside from the word still, there's no mention of "day is ending" or "I want my vote to be productive". In fact, the first post explicitly calls out the fact that nobody is voting LC, and you still seemed happy with the vote.

Why do you feel this way?
If he's mafia, he's not going to announce that to the thread, he's gonna put that in baddie chat to try and get all 3 league members to side with mafia.

If he's a league member, he's gonna ask that on league chat.

Ergo, town.

Yes, insofar as it makes people more willing to lynch League members.

Like, if you've got an advantage, you don't go telling people about it, right?

Because he can just tell the league members in their BTSC? (Or he can mention it in baddie chat and whoever is darius can do the same)

There's too many players in this game to keep tabs on all of you aaaaaaaaaaaaaand Long Con currently has 8 votes and the day ends in ~30 minutes.
Yeah but those second two things don't really explain it because people have had 3 days?

It’s a bad assumption. When it came up yesterday I looked at her thread reads and they were basically the opposite of the oracle. I think it’s a big leap for her to be in that role.

But I think dunya, nova and jack are good places to look anyway.
I just think it's weird the Oracle mentioned her twice. If she's on the table, then Sloonei is too, I think.
