I think you were scum in Arrowverse, D. Faraday's game but correct me if I am wrong. I would like to find one where you were town. If you don't remember any maybe I can find one in the Hall of Fame.

Hmm we'll see. I'm not really sure, I guess I felt something was off about your usual opening post. It felt kind of cold and distant rather than welcoming. A replica instead of the genuine thing. The heavy punctuation I think lol.

That's the one! No mistake, it's you. I guess heavy punctuation might be an exaggeration, but the cold and distant feeling are still there. Maybe it's the lack of exclamation point lol. Gut feeling was that it is fabricated, I'm not getting your usual energy and enthusiasm. Feels like you're just replicating it to keep up with your usual opening posts.

I suppose I did.

Got any other reads? Why are you in the habit of holding back information in the early stages of this game?
Habit? We're talking about one person, hardly a habit.

I have a civ lean on Creature because his groaning about being bored and multiple posts also happened in another game where he was civ. He also did the multiple posting early on in a game where he was bad but there was a difference that if you don't mind I'd like to keep to myself for the time being.

I'll give some GTH reads - which is all I can give so early in a game - at a later time. I'm with family and we have dinner and entertainment plans.

lots of linki I will read later

I think it’s a very interesting point, but not one about you.

One of our first major topics of conversation was sig’s preemptive meta description. A few people (Dragomir is the one I distinctly remember) got in his face about it.

You did something in the same ballpark, but not exactly the same as what sig did. I would like to hear what those people who complained about sig have to say about you here.
Huh? I have a running complaint with nova that he likes to see first impression reads from people and I am not a believer that that tactic works for me. How is that similar to sig giving a meta read on himself?

I noted that. fyi.

juliets-- pick two people you think are teammates, pls. juliets
It's too early for me to pick teammates but if you're asking me GTH I think timmer and Rej. Epi's analysis of timmer's post times was helpful and I also wonder how timmer could have posted in Day 0 if he had not read anything posted in that day (he responded to Owner). Rej's "my civilian way" sounded off, why add that to a sentence? And then to top it off he voted for timmer because of his "read the 4 pages" answer which seemed like an overreaction or an excuse to put a vote on a teammate.

That's my feeling at the moment.

Rej, I went back over your case again and have re-printed it here below in the spoiler. I don't rule out changing my mind about you but I see a lot of things in your case about timmer that just don't make sense. Plus, I'm really stuck on the fact you voted timmer just because he told you to read the thread. It looked like an overreaction or as I said earlier, that ya'll are teammates. Please answer my questions after the spoiler about your case.
Spoiler: show
Rej wrote: Fri Jul 26, 2019 1:12 pm @timmer
I am still convinced that you are bad, the way the wagon got turned on me is prove enough.

First of all: You were also one of those that didn't fully track D0, so in order for you to contribute you jumped on my bait question and threw shades on me for not reading up myself. But at that point you also weren't updated, so if you were a civ that didn't catch up in the thread, then you should follow the same interest as me.

What I see you being an extremly opportunistic player and that this doesn't follow a civillian mindset. First your jump on my bait, then you magically getting rid of my wagon is well played. But tbh only the baddies play like that.

I will tell you what will happen: I will get lynched this DP, while my vote stays on you. And after that it will be clear that our case is V/W case.
A V/W case where the wolf is totally opportunistic going against civillians.

I think I described it correctly, what do you think?
So here are some things I just don't get:

1. Why are you calling your question about someone summarizing Day 0 a "bait" question? Bait for what? It looked like a normal question from someone who was not caught up.

2. You said timmer threw shade at you but I didn't see his comment that it was just 4 pages you could read it as shade. You said "if you were a civ that didn't catch up in the thread, then you should follow the same interest as me." What does that mean, follow the same interest as you?

2. What do you mean when you say timmer "got rid of your wagon"? I don't remember there being a wagon on timmer. The paragraph did not make sense to me.

3. At the end you call timmer totally opportunistic. I don't get that - can you explain further? You voted for him first, not the other way around.

Yes, this. Rej you called your question a "bait" question but I don't see anything about it that is bait. So for timmer to answer it with 'it's only four pages read it yourself' sounds as normal as your question. What answer could he have given you that would have seemed civ since he couldn't give you a summary (because he hadn't read it)?

How come?
I can smell the mafia emanating from her. It smells like mildewed lemongrass and pickles.
So Epi, I am used to reasons like this from you but I have to ask anyway - is there anything about her posts that makes you suspect her?

short answer, I jumped into the game and voted when I shouldn't have.
long answer, when I play with new names I easily forget who people are and who I had formed opinions on. I also was on my phone before end of day and didn't know how to navigate well enough to check who I had opinions on the previous day. Also I was at a wedding that started at lynch time and didn't feel comfortable using my phone for long before the ceremony started.

Bear with me folks, I'll try to be a bit more competent even though I'm on vacation this week.
Thanks Luna. I have sympathy for your phone posting issue because I also have problems with it. And your explanation about the wedding sounds sincere. I'm dead tired though and will have to think about this some more tomorrow and re-visit Epi's post.

The case on Lunalee makes sense and I could also see nutella being bad. They both are notoriously difficult to read at times. Lunas response to the suspicion on her was that she is busy and had a lot going on and messed up which is perhaps possible. Nutella response is to get really defensive.

In looking at Luna she originally seemed to be defending rej but then last second votes him openly admitting she just randomly voted because she thought he maybe had one sketchy post which she sort of wasn't really suspicious of initially. Ehhhh It's not a good look even if she is busy.

Nutella has been wrong on a lot of her reads so far but it is in her nature to kinda move around with the flow of the thread. I'm not sold on her being town as of yet but I feel the Luna case is more compelling.

Yeah, it's true. I'll do what I can.

I screwed up the chess game... using a board to track the moves because I'm not Sherlock Holmes, and I thought a move had been made that wasn't... now I'm going to lose some pieces because of it.

LC, I'm getting a little concerned. So much chess, so little digging. Can you provide some thoughts about the game?

Tony is this why you are voting Drago? I noticed he hasn't been around since Saturday so I don't know what he thinks.

Epignosis wrote: Tue Jul 30, 2019 11:05 am Let me ask a question of perception:

Pretend I was the author of Lunalee's posts and votes. What would be your opinion of me? Of Creature?
Epi, I would probably think you were bad because it would be so unlike you to get people confused and not place a vote on the person you had indicated earlier you were suspicious of. From Lunalee though it sounds plausible. I'm having a hard time trying to convince myself she is bad.

I have an appointment in an hour and a half that will last through EOD and am having a hard time seeing a mafia or that back stabbing girl. Someone just said it might be Epi but I'm confused about the evidence for that. I don't like that Drago has disappeared - did I miss something there?

Ok, I've got to go. I re-read the rules and realized the non-contributors will get mod killed or replaced so voting for one of them doesn't make sense. I re-read Tony and liked his posts about Drago, and where the heck is he anyway, so I'm going to vote there.
