Used it N1. It's limited shots, so I didn't use it N2 as I didn't want to waste it.

I cannot say for certain what was going on in rey's head at the moment, but I assure you I am telling the truth. Keep in mind rey was very inactive at the point, and the other major target was himself.

If I'm a cop and it's between myself and someone I know is a civ, I claim. Saving myself is not enough.
