He read me town for a little bit, but the instant things started going south for me he quickly did what felt like a 180 to me and pushed for my lynch.

Or basically, this whole if-then situation is particularly bad when both wagons are positioned on good players, which I feel like Colin knows this.

Luna had sort of a tunnel vision or was quick to think me asking what changed Colin's mind meant in her mind that I was asking where I went wrong.

I guess imo it feels like they weren't truly reading me as town to begin with. Or how else could they make the leap to vote for me?

Kara is picture tell read.

Poutanko is lacking activity or vocal presence in the thread. Town!poutanko felt very noticeable to me in past games. She just appears to be different. Also the popcorn emote is sometimes associated with scum watching town destroy each other.

Also, Colin is my strongest town read He just said whatever however and whenever without thinking much (if any at all). Dude is filterless. Same with Luna and Nutella although I will put Luna under Nutella (she's not as bold as Nutella but she was like this too on Outpost game, not as bold as I'd like her to be). Out of your scum read I only agree with Kara but it's not because of picture tell

Based on what she said, she only had played 1 game before this one aka newbie. I'm aware if newbie player tend to do scummy things without them intending to do so but those 2 posts gave me impression she wanted to maintain a certain image instead of just being herself. Is it normal for real town to worry like that?

novaselinenever has no posts, which typically indicates a lack of awareness of the game or an inability to get to it. I don't know if he's even read his role card yet. On balance, a civilian role is more likely than a mafia role. I played the odds.

lapluie felt the urge to check in, and in such a way that I found a bit awkward. She hasn't returned since, and thus the potential exists for deliberate avoidance of the game thread. It's obviously not rock solid shit, and I am not "sure". I made judgment calls. I'd greatly prefer they both show up and do things so that the reads can be developed.

Aren't both of them modblocked due to no post on D1 (Lap made her 1 post on D0)? Doesn't it put her on similar situation as Novase then?

I'm sorry but I don't quite understand the point you're trying to make. nova has 0 posts in the game, regardless of phase. lapluie has one post in the game, regardless of phase. I have no basis on which to read nova at all, and as such I followed the math. I have one post on which to read lap, and it's at least mildly icky (as is the implied awareness of the game following from that post without having returned).

If they're scum they would have more urge to not be modblocked so they can use their abilities D0 has no effect on that, D1 is. I don't get how you read Lap as bad due to you viewing her 1 post on D0 as she did it because she urged to.

I didn't get the argument before this, but it's a good point. Mafia wants to make good use of their abilities. Would the bad guys really be okay losing out on a roleblock/kill/other whatever dark arts or regular ability because Lap didn't post?

Well at the moment I am most interested in Bullzeye, not so much for his vote for Nova because voting a no show on Day 1 has been accepted practice in the past, but more because he posted on Day 1 but his posts were almost all devoid of content. That doesn't feel like civ Bullz to me - he's an outstanding player.

I think I made it clear that I don't suspect JJJ and I haven't read back on OoaLH but her refusal to vote for TH seemed more of a civ move to me than a baddie move. I may have more thoughts on her later when I read her back.

Care to give me some other reads? Both town and scum reads, if you've got them. I just got here and you're a player I've never met, so I'm interested in your opinion on things.

I've given my reads before but maybe an update later after I'm home. I'm new here of course you've never met me

When I went to sleep there was no Soneji wagon so that's odd. I scum read Juliet until last night and she flipped Town. Jay sounds crazy/random earlier but lately he sounds more sane. Jack and Luna both I've played with before, nothing unusual from what I know of them (just 1 game tho, Outpost). Timmer was quiet earlier and when the votes were stacked on Bullz he showed up and became more active.

At a glance it appears their voters did not move to Soneji. Soneji's living voters:

Lunalee - previously voted Bullzeye (?) and karavalenge
Jack - previously voted Glorfindel (who also had a two-vote wagon for a bit I think)
timmer - previously voted karavalenge (brief two vote wagon alongside Luna)

The Owner and Luna voters mostly appear to have stayed put (kara, Colin / INH, DH, Soneji respectively). Anyone should correct me on these things if necessary.

I didn't think to include myself, but I also voted Soneji. Prior to that I had voted Lunalee and INH.

Soneji wagon was nowhere before I went to sleep, it looks to me like someone from previous wagon needed to be saved and there were people who jumped on that (the other wagons were only 2 and can go to any of them? Soneji ended up with 5)

I made the initial case against Soneji. I had voted Soneji earlier in the day, then expanded on the vote here. I switched to Lunalee for a bit and ended up returning to Soneji.

I don't typically find X was saved by Y type stuff terribly convincing, because it's the sort of behavior that mafia members often avoid more than pursue just given the way civilians always respond to it. Your theory is as possible as any other though -- which voters do you think are the most likely to have been the savers, and who was the saved?
