this is a sincere post. i don't know about everyone else, but if i came back from a couple year hiatus and drew a scum card, i wouldn't be as glad to be back tbh. i'm giving sabie a light green pass for day 0. glad to have you among us, sabie. tell us a little about your playstyle: are you someone who gathers data and facts or do you lead with intuition?

i can't say Daisy's post was as sincere. that wink was very very suggestive and also a daisy is a plant (albeit my favorite flower in the whole universe) and we know the deal with plants in this game. ;-p

You're right I am pretty excited about the fact that I got a good role on my first game coming back! I'm also excited to be alive because I left due to having brain surgery which was quite the experience let me tell you.

I work and don't get to use my phone much during work so I usually read through the comments when I'm able to and kind of observe what's going on to figure out what I think of everything at that point.

Still dont exactly see how a no lynch benefits us with it being such a small game doesnt that just give the baddies a potential chance to kill off one of us?

Luna is somewhat suspicious due to the comment about enjoying being scum roles and voting with lack of explanation initially. I believe it was speedchuck who said something about the cop should reveal their info which could potentially be for the towns sake but at the same time could be so the baddies know who it is and who to go after.

Also not sure where the accusation of me being mafia comes from as it didnt seem as though dyslexicon had participated much in the conversation previously.

Idk that's kinda my thoughts thus far.

Still not quite for sure I'm convinced on anyone in particular, but I do my best to keep up and keep paying attention to what's going on. Sucks when someone doesnt show up for the game. If they are town we are down a person to help but I still don't think I'd want to lynch them especially if the potential for a replacement exists. Side note my phone autocorrects lynch to lunch haha.

Dunya didnt suspect me that I ever saw. Dyslexicon did very breifly with no explanation but then changed it. Unless I missed any posts that's what I've seen. I'd have to re read dizzy posts to get an idea of where the suspicion is there.

Thus far nothing sticks out as super obvious to me. A few things that could go either way, but
I also don't have much point of reference for peoples playstyles since it's been awhile since I've been here and theres some newer people. I'll probably be working from home today due to the huge snow storm so I should have more time to read through again before placing a vote.

I know I dont post that much but I haven't been here in awhile and at times I'm just trying to process what everyone is even talking about. People on here have a way of talking especially when you all know each other and everyone's playstyles and I'm doing my best. I'm not a go in guns blazing accusing everyone day 1 type player. I'd prefer not to mislynch a town person especially since we're such a small group. So I'm working on it. As of right now I'm leaning towards dizzy for randomly throwing suspicion around.
I'm unsure on dunya because I would read her as scummy but it sounds like from what most people are saying this is all just her playstyle and she is just very talkative.
I dont like the idea of voting for the no show on the off chance a replacement is found especially if it ends up being a town role.

The role outing comments is what I was referring to as going either way because one the one hand they could be trying to protect them but on the other they may be doing it to see who they want to kill off.

It stems from my past experiences on here. I found sometimes people who were the baddies talked a lot and tried to dominate the conversation to sway people away from them. Luna had initially pinged me due to the wanting to be scum comment as well as voting so soon without a lot of explanation. But I haven't noticed much since then. Just trying to keep up with the conversation as best I can.

That was in reference to a comment that was made before it that I was responding to. I wouldn't have just randomly said that. Good role meaning town yes.

Ah, I see.

I probably just forgot to do the quote thing. I'm on mobile so it's a little wonky set up and everything. Just basically saying yeah I'm excited to get back into it and I believe the comment was about not being as excited about it when you get stuck with scummy roles.

both, yeah. I don't want to "no u" vote anyone, but I feel better about voting Quin right now than anyone else.
Also, a tip on the pronouns thing. Some users have their gender listed under their avatar with the number of posts, date joined... etc. Quin's says male, so I think "he" is okay to use.

Fair enough. He has been relatively absent and not doing a whole lot.
As I said before leaning dyslexicon at the moment due to a lot of random accusations with not much reasoning behind them even when asked about it. One response was raisins which I assume meant reasons but maybe Im wrong. Either way I'm putting my vote there for now.

That was the one post I was referring to but I guess now I dont know what was meant by that. Reasons for suspecting or just saying that because you didnt know what else to say at the time. It seemed weird to me upon first read.

I do understand being busy and struggling to find time to catch up. I have that problem sometimes too.

I do see the case against quin as there was a vote there with no explanation as well and lack of any kind of contribution in the conversation that I've found. I'm going to have to look over quins posts again. Might be something there.

Eh keeping my vote as is for now. Gotta go live my life for awhile and eat dinner and such.

This post makes me feel better about sabie. Would she fake not knowing her scum partners gender that way? Seems really underhanded and kinda evil and sabie seems too nice to set that one up.

Yeah didn't realize the profiles have them but some people don't so I do my best not to say the wrong thing.

It'll be interesting to see how macdougall plays since nova never showed to give any indication as to what side they're on.

Forgot to include speed in my reread. I don't remember a lot of what they said although I thought they were the one to initially say the good roles should out themselves if they have any info. I'll have to look.

Leaning TH at the moment but well see. They did say the cop should role claim which could be so they knew who to get rid of. How does one soft claim? Speaking of that would quin have been able to target anyone with his powers prior to being killed or does his death null out his power even if they did? If the other baddie is vanilla does that mean they dont have any powers and we would be safe or is that unknown?

It's a game mechanic question just because I dont recall how that works.

I honestly just wanted to know if were safe now or if the bad team could still kill us via night power. If your suspicion of me is merely because I dont know how things work then it's not much to go on.
My suspicion on you was due to the role claiming comment and the recent comments made because it could be a way to be like oh hey I look bad now but dont worry it's not me.

Yeah I didnt end up having enough time to read through everything and change my vote. He was going to be my second choice. I'm not the only one who didnt vote for him so.

I also find this interesting that TH was so against dunya and now is fine with her and is suspecting me. Looks like because I didnt end up voting for quin when dunya didnt either.

Okay I want sure about this but now I see I have to. When I was asking all those questions about the baddies powers it's because i wanted to know if I could still be targeted if I told you guys I'm the cop role. Guess I kinda have to tell you guys now. That's why I've been so wary of the people encouraging it because I thought maybe they were trying to target me if I outed myself. But yeah I'm the cop.

I wasn't sure when the right time to reveal it was. Sounds like within the parameters of this game I could out myself. I wanted to wait til I knew the coast was clear and I hope that it is now that the baddie with all the powers has been lynched. But if they kill me I'd say look at who has been trying to make cases against me.

This is why I asked for clarification on how the game works.
