See, that's the difference. To me, and to others apparently, it HAS continued. I mean, nobody even complained about my dog shtick, and I quit doing it anyway because it was getting in the way of actual thoughts and comments that I couldn't rationalize in dog gifs and weird speech. And then would anybody reeeaaally waste a day lynching somebody just because they are annoying? Of course not, so it becomes a place to hide.

I can tell you that I felt pretty safe doing my dog thing. But I quit to be more helpful and less self-preserve-y.

Admittedly, part of this is just irritation. But when all of your content is OMGUS hiding behind songs, and complaining about how people don't like it, that's pretty bad in of itself.

That said, I also come from another place with different culture, so I'm letting other people handle it for now.

Hey guys, story time! For what it's worth.

I've been screwed over out of game.

I went on vacation Saturday morning, to a cabin on a river in the mountains. Which would be fine, if the Comcast internet connection that the cabin had was actually working. It isn't. No calls that we've made have helped. I have been without internet for 2 days, and I'm sitting in a Dunkin' Donuts right now, 3 miles from the cabin. Sucks.

This wouldn't be too bad, if the cabin had phone reception. It doesn't. I can't call, email, text, ANYTHING!

I'm enjoying the vacation, but let me tell you, I'm right pissed. I missed out on the mutiny that I opted in on, disappointing whoever my date was. Sorry whoever you were. I really wanted to mutiny with you, and if I'd been around to just send a single stupid PM, I would have. Damn Comcast to Hell.

Game-wise, I'm caught up on posts, but super behind on reads. And the game has been ignoring me, so I have nothing to answer for, no questions sent my way, and no personal interactions to work with. I'm not going to be at this restaurant forever. This is literally the worst situation I have ever been in, internet-wise.

How do you know this? And even if you're now saying "maybe not", how did you even think this?

Remember mutiny for 2? I opted in during the day to see what it was. And I have no shame in saying that I wanted to accept the offer that came my way at night because of that.
Unfortunately, I had no internet at all that night. I couldn't accept the mutiny, and presumably let down whoever the other of the two was. The mutiny only works if all selected members agree. So I'd say I have some experience.

If you read my post from Dunkin Donuts on Monday, you'd see this.

And non-civ =/= anti-civ. Also, mafia could mutiny on their team as well, which, if one-night werewolf is any indication, might be helpful.

Maybe mutiny for three is like the mutiny for two was? Really, it's fairly self-explanatory in the name. Sorry I spoiled it, DH. I regret that.

Edit: I catalogued this post. Now posting it, for the wifi has come back for a short time.
