I was thinking before the game - what do i do when i rand scum? People expect alot of my scum game i need to impress i cant disapppoint. So i wss thinking of opening up old town games of mine and lowkey copy pasting postd, only changing a little bit. But im town so i dont have toml. But i think it eoupd have worked. I am considering not telling. Guys of yhis hypotethical scum plan but since il toen i can swueeze out dome vlaue out of it still by revealing it and thus showing my kind nature

alison is a very purposeful player, and i didn't understand her purpose behind asking that specific question to sloonei. it didn't feel like a question that was intended to get alignment indicative information out of sloonei, nor did it feel like a question that was intended to create a serious deal with him, so it left me scratching my head. it made me wonder if alison was asking an effectively pointless question for the sake of justifying her vote in the poll, and didn't feel comfortable placing a vote down w/out providing some kind of justification for it

i am partially contrasting her opening in this game with her opening in bread mafia. tutuu got "into the action" right away in bread mafia and immediately started outing strong, overconfident reads. it's very clear (in hindsight) that tutuu felt like she needed to join in on the "solving" in bread mafia as a way to establish herself into the towncore

this game has started similarly to bread mafia (lots of solving, lots of reads being thrown around), but tutuu's entrance was totally unconcerned w/finding reads on other people - it was solely focused on herself. i didn't get the impression that tutuu felt like she needed to "blend in" with the thread in the same way that she did when she played bread mafia

I don't think it will suffice to call it a "bad" post. That is a misread of his intention. He does not "say nothing." He says that tutuu's entrance has not been particularly alignment-indicative. Tutuu had just showed up in a whirlwind of typos, and it was a new topic of conversation. Jay weighed in to say that he had no cause for alarm at her entrance, but that it was also not enough for him to grant a town read on tutuu. That's not nothing. That's not a bad post.
