If so, this is not similar enough that I'd think it was recycled (but I'm not sure), so retract my previous statement. I still think Wilgy is a fine elim though.

So like stop being townDrWilgy wrote: ↑Sat Jul 29, 2023 9:54 amYeah yeah, that makes sense. As W, if I'm being a goober, Belzy pushing for the bus while not really committing is exactly what Wolves would need to do in this situation.S~V~S wrote: ↑Sat Jul 29, 2023 9:34 amMost meta is really NAI for you. The only consistent thing I've seen is that one thing I mentioned. I got a unique perspective on your game when I played Meta and HDF against you at the same time. You played so differently, your bad game was so much more social (I've never been pocketed so firmly and comfortably lol), but then in another game I watched, didn't play, I don't recall which, you played a very social bad game.DrWilgy wrote: ↑Sat Jul 29, 2023 9:22 amYeah for me it's NAI.
A lot more of my thoughts here are based on associative Belzy reads, especially since I think she was comfortably settled in for the long haul, and expecting her shield to hold. Also your EOD votes the day of the Robyn/Thunal yeet.
If you're bad, not knowing who your partner is, I really don't want to see bad Wilgy in endgame. He's scary.
Linki x2, LMAO. And what's a Meow Wolf?
Robyn/Thunal really didn't have much thought put into it. Thunal vote was a sheep and Robyn vote was when I saw a bunch of sketchy movement prior to EoD. I don't remember who exactly it was, but it was at least Belzy that jumped around.
Yup! And I approve of this yeet. Again, my advice though is to trust the process going forward. There'll be one fish in a deep barrel and that often leads to town infighting.
It's an immersive art exhibit. Hard to describe, but they put real effort into taking you elsewhere as soon as you step into the building. I've been to the one in Denver and I think it was one of the coolest things I've seen. There's one in Vegas and Santa Fe as well I think. This one in Texas just opened and I think we get one in Houston too soon

I mean... is there a contrast what am I contrasting with if you masons with someone and your anxious on them and they prove your read right would you show less doubt the next game in your ability to correctly read them?Seanzie wrote: ↑Wed Jul 26, 2023 4:40 pmNo, but you can contrast from how town!Belzy acted. Personally I think it is very very different, they haven't faltered on their read of you in the least this game thus far.Zenon wrote: ↑Wed Jul 26, 2023 4:28 pmI mean okay yes but I've never seen Belzy try to mason with me as scum right there's no comparisonSeanzie wrote: ↑Wed Jul 26, 2023 4:21 pmEarlier you posted this:
I'd like to understand your points better. I reviewed a few past games from Belzy, and I did not see what you are seeing with their treatment of you, and I did not see what you are seeing with their explanation/frustration over the push. Details here:Spoiler: show
Can you take a look and let me know what you think? In particular, I think Belzy's treatment of you, and their reaction to suspicion in Turtles (town!Belzy) is very different than here, whereas some of the ways they dealt with suspicion in AGIII (scum!Belzy) did seem similar to them this game.Seanzie wrote: ↑Wed Jul 26, 2023 10:58 am Okay, I reviewed some past games from Belzy to try to check on some of the points Zenon made in their favor from earlier. I skimmed their ISO from TS's anniversary game III where they were wolf, and skimmed both turtle games where they were town. The anniversary game might not be the absolute best meta since it was their first game back in a while, but I don't know of any more recent wolf games of theirs.
Here and in AGIII, Belzy comes off as very aggressive, reactionary and OMGUSy to suspicion (both my early sus of her D1, and today's push from SVS), whereas in both turtles games, Belzy feels very... exasperated when sussed. I don't see them OMGUS at all, and feels like they just don't want to be bothered.
Also of note, in Turtles, Belzy early on "mason"ed with Zenon, but then quickly showed a lot of paranoia about it (I don't think she full-on flipped on townreading Zenon, but she definitely showed that she was wary of Zenon at points), whereas here, Belzy seems steadfast in lock!towning Zenon without looking back.
I know these are few datapoints, but after review, Belzy looks a lot more like scum!Belzy to me than town!Belzy based off this.
[VOTE: Belzy] aubergine
Can you let me know if you agree with what I'm saying here, or if not, can you try to further explain what you're seeing that I'm missing?
There is however a way to read into how they approached me during the push being made on me why does scum do what they did?
Can you elaborate more on this? I am really having a hard time coming to a conclusion as strong as you are based on this, so I'd like to see what you're seeing. from my POV, Belzy defended you, but not in any particularly strong, special or AI way. Am I missing something? If so, could you point me to what I should be looking at?
I'd like to wait to answer this until I am sure of exactly what you're reading into re:their approach to you during the push on you
I dunno it's like they closed off doors to pushing me by defending me and I'd say it was pretty strong and AI in that wolfs don't close off options early

I'll be honest I haven't retained any info recently what do you want to talk aboutSeanzie wrote: ↑Wed Jul 26, 2023 4:09 pmOkay, well if at some point you want to discuss Belzy and/or others, let me know.Zenon wrote: ↑Wed Jul 26, 2023 3:58 pm*shrugs* keeping town alive seems positive to meSeanzie wrote: ↑Wed Jul 26, 2023 3:56 pmBelzy was also at 4 earlier before I voted. With 12 people alive, hammer would be at 7, Belzy's wagon is at 5 right now.
I don't think people are tunneled, and I personally have been specifically doing my due diligence to make sure I feel okay with a Belzy wagon. Others have specifically called Belzy/SVS t/t.
Best yet, many people are ALSO looking into people who aren't SVS and Belzy, or using the situation to cause others to create content.
I'm not fucking over blowing shit and I'm sick of being told i am
Okay then, I'll try to choose my words carefully. I feel that my perception of the situation is much more positive than yours. I feel like many people are giving Belzy's alignment a fair shake, and enough people are interested in hearing out arguments on both sides to make the day not a waste. Also, some people are willing to work on reads outside of Belzy/SVS, and I think that is productive. As such, I am slightly wary of your motives here. I did appreciate your explanations on your Belzy read earlier (and wouldn't mind hearing from you re:my response to those explanations), but I don't understand how what you're doing at this point is pushing the game forward in a positive direction (and I personally feel like it is more likely to push the game in a negative direction by giving people an excuse to do nothing today, and in general decrease WIM).

Imagine you interpret the events differently than others are painting them you MIGHT even be wrong but in your mind you are not.tedxtr wrote: ↑Tue Jul 25, 2023 4:45 pmi think if they're a wolf, they definitely didn't intend to vote thunal while defending her with posts in broad daylightZenon wrote: ↑Tue Jul 25, 2023 4:43 pmIs it possible that Belzy believes what they are saying?
most likely it was a misclick
but i think their reaction isn't too great. honestly the only bad thing i can imagine pursuing a wagon on them is that 2 people in a row that were read as caught for the wrong reasons ~~were likely villagers lmfao
Have you ever felt you were being treated unfairly and being gaslit even though looking back the other person was right you just interpreted the scenario different the times different the events different? I have.

No... Robyn was lhf and lhf is often pushed by wolfs because it's easyS~V~S wrote: ↑Tue Jul 25, 2023 4:30 pmIf you’re a wolf youd rather yeet the active player than the inactive one who asked to be replaced. if they’re tied.tedxtr wrote: ↑Tue Jul 25, 2023 4:25 pmi don't disagree here. i think that there is a lack of motivation / agenda for why they'd do it as a wolf
like if i were a wolf and making a lot of posts on why thunal was a villager / nothing about people's cases on them was good, and my great wolf plan would be to sneak a vote in to get her killed when it'll be obvious from the poll...
that doesn't really sound like a wolf plan to me
Then you spend the next day being all civvie like arguing to save the slot in case they’re civ, maintain balance yada yada. Given the tie we had wolves want to lynch the active player every time.
It gives no info its worthless
It was a horrible day 1 a horrible wagon it was a sleep walk we gained nothing from it and we killed a town slot that we could've let a sub walk into to help solve this game with fresh eyes
But instead we murdered a town who was just fucking towny
