but why is PSV a better wagon than say, genny?

hmmm I not sold by these reasons but there's also the fact that Kate's found scum with reasons I wasn't sold by before
I'm also kind of sympathizing because it feels like I was in a similar position before so I kind of want to push against this wagon a little
