Also just thinking of viable worlds, I feel like if I rule out those two slots & LC who I think had some unfakeable moments, then it leaves me with Wilgy/Cait/SVS. I dont think Wilgy/SVS ever work due to SVS' reactions to Wilgy D1, and I dont think Wilgy/Cait ever work together because I dont think Cait focuses a lot of NKA around a partner that looks wolfier off it when that pair can outright kill Epi/Pyxxy to begin with

Cait/SVS can make sense off of it since in that pair, they do need to kill in a lower posting slot to generate paranoia about higher posting players to make up for a lack of thread control on their side. In this team it's.. arguably worked?

And a more selfish thing of 'if this is the solve then that explains why I feel like I'm losing the plot trying to solve this'

I think I am maybe the lowest poster? Killing low posters would be a bad plan for me.

And as a baddie, a perfect win, everyone comes out alive, is my preference. But sometimes people gotta take the bus, it’s the way things go.

It's more this idea of 'if mafia are low posters, they cant kill a top poster without it looking better for the other two' and trying to gain control of the thread

I also just want to find something that fits and makes sense because I'm really struggling with that ;_; but I guess taking into account that I dont think LC/Epi are mafia, which is who Falcon primarily focused with a side of Wilgy, then why did he die there?

Why did I up my posts this phase then? That makes no sense

Because if you have a bunch of townies that were high posting, being cleared etc, generating paranoia about them & maintaining thread presence go hand in hand for dealing with that.

I've been too lenient on awarding townpoints for progression in a game with 2 mafia = easier to fake progression

LC has had moments that dont seem faked, Epi has had moments that dont seem faked, Pyxxy has had moments that dont seem faked

Wilgy is the poor soul that has to take a blow because I cant make up my mind

Am I more likely wolf based strictly of Pyx's EoD? I do feel like you've not really had commentary on my slot and you keep putting me in this 'could be wolf' area without anything further.

It's more 'I'm trying to find people that fit the description of how I think wolves are playing right now' & there's a few scenarios that come to mind where you fit in

It's also a lot of 'I have nothing against Wilgy but I cant shake this feeling of paranoia' and annoyingly I felt something similar in wolkwalkers so I am conscious of that

It's not the best answer but the best I can give with my thoughts because there's nothing I can fully point at and go 'this is why I feel this way'

At best he could be mafia with LC? In that situation I can kinda see why he deflects onto me there since I believe LC was at risk at that point too. But I dont see him being mafia independently so it's tough

LC, I dont think Wilgy in a different wolf team kills Falcon there? Since they were towning each other, it's not much use to Wilgy to kill him there unless it's for a partner

Unlikely. Like, I sometimes feel mafia-autistic because I just don't think and play like most others. You guys are talking about unpairing, for instance... wouldn't even occur to me to do.

I get you on that \o/ I'm huge on patterns and drawing connections so unpairings kinda fall into place there as well as trends in how people play. Without it seeming too overly meta reliant, I do tend to reference past games but more as a way of illustrating my point than forming the point itself

Antipairings themselves are a part of that since they kinda sever the strings between people, especially in a situation of only 2 mafia where if I can cut enough strings between people, I can clear them and narrow my reads down
