does Raiden play cautious around new people? and/or as scum? Probably not? The games I've played with him have been on his home turf so new players were the minority in those games. In my experience he's not a commanding presence especially early game though. I don't think I've seen him roll scum.

If you are playing the game pls don't vote the spec option no vote is a valid option though I think this pretty clearly backs up my statement of it being illegal I try and commit three felonies before noon on the daily, what's the issue? Well I find it annoying that people are voting the Spectators...
