Another fun and awesome game by Andrew (and Kate, of course) :D well done, Andrew - you are very creative and learning fast. I cannot wait for the day that you get to play :daisy:

Spaghetti - I had a lot of fun in our BTSC, you did great in this game! :feb:

That is awesome, Andrew! Congratulations <3

reywaS - I was still waking up at the time I wrote that. The "probably" just referenced the few people who have voiced concern that she might not be bad. I do think she was, however. The evidence is strongly in favor of her being so.

I agree about Russ and will likely vote him, but there are a few hours before the poll ends in case he wants to mount a last ditch defense.

Re: MINECRAFT - DAY THREE

I think the odds of Elo being bad are very high, so it is odd that some are saying that she probably wasn't. :ponder:

S~V~S - I do know what you mean about MP seeming to be playing his baddie game, but he isn't. He is a civvie. You trying to make a case for him being bad is setting off all kinds of alarm bells, tbh.

I also agree that DP being off the poll is a good thing. Less chance of baddies using him as a reason to vote. Llama finding it odd that three people who are under suspicion for being baddies might have been a better choice is, well, quite odd.

Re: MINECRAFT - DAY THREE

RIPiywg Elohcin and He-Man :(

I also thought that Russ being so exact as to the role for Epignosis was very suspect. Once again, all the comments have been made, so no need to rehash that suspicion. But that is where I am leaning for my vote.

I'd like to also reiterate the comments about letting players decide for themselves how to play their role. ;)

With that, I am heading off for the evening... and I am sure it will take me many hours to catch up tomorrow... :D

@Kate: Were there missing PMs from last night?
Might also mean he was Indiglo~

And each game is different, so comparing this situation on Day Two to MOTU is somewhat disingenuous.

So is saying I have "tunnelvision" for suspecting the same person two days in a row. I really feel that Llama is bad! not sure how that is tunnelvision, any more than those thinking Epig is bad 2 days in a row is tunnelvision. This is why I hate Jargon-y names like "tunnelvision" and "bandwagon" etc. because they are ways to put a baddie spin on normal mafia-playing behavior, and to make people look bad for nothing.

I have to do a quick reread and catch up Image I just got home from work, and Yay, lots of discussion.
I only used the term "tunnel vision" because that is how you have described yourself when going doggedly after the same person in other games. I am not saying you are wrong about llama... and I am not saying MP is wrong about you. I was merely offering a reason and a starting point of the suspicion that you seem to have garnered and used words you have used to describe yourself before.

Sorry if that upset you. :|

I am going to vote Epignosis - I think the case against him is strong and his recent supposition that MP could be any role, other than the one we know he is, was a weak attempt to save himself.

Re: MINECRAFT - DAY TWO

Good grief! That was one hell of a catch up LOL!

I agree with MP with regard to Epignosis - I was already at the point that I thought him probably bad based on thread AND the lynch switch. The business regarding S~V~S - I could actually see the WIFOM argument against her because she has done this in a few games and it worked out well for her. But I can also see that she could be civvie. I also wanted to point out that she only seemed to go after llama in the thread after he said something or another that got her upset... so possibly a bit of tunnel vision regarding her case on llama.

There is not much left to be said that hasn't already been said about S~V~S and Epignosis - at great length, so I won't repeat the same stuff over again.

As for the lynch switch itself - I agree with the theory that it is conceivable that Epignosis and llama are both baddies and thus why the lynch switch was used.

I think that the baddies switched this lynch because the civvie lynch switcher would have definitely used the stop lynch first.

As for it being used to set up Epignosis, interesting theory... not sure I buy it though.

I am suspicious of a few people right now, but given the epic craftiness of MP as a baddie, the fact that I am pinged by his posts - my vote has to go to him. I cannot let him pull the sock wool over my eyes in yet another game. So, if it quacks like a duck, looks like a fox, wears socks, then it is probably a baddie.... :srsnod:

I was really trying to give Snowie the BOTD, but do comments like these read as baddie to anyone else or is it just me?

I'm starting to think my paranoia yesterday regarding house was misplaced and we might have found a baddie option in ship. I'll go back to studying and think on it. Thoughts from others that don't contribute to the back and forths would be welcome because I'm getting tired of reading those. No offense to any of those people, they're just clouding my thought process largely and I think they're mostly due to personality clashes and unfamiliarity with each other.

And does anyone else think that SE's vote for He-Man is weird? Not suspicious, really, but just weird.

Linki with Snowie, so are you going to talk to me or her?
I think SD sounds like a person who wants a frustrating "debate" to end. As do we all :)

Also, I think most people already thought Ship was a possible baddie option - hence the lengthy discussion today surrounding those Day 0 votes. The fact that you even considered that House was the baddie option definitely twerked my eye-brow (I invented a new word! :D) and especially since House got the most votes, the info about the Minecraft game had been given early in Day 0 implicating House as being "safe" - so the very fact that you later tried to cast a baddie light on that option amazes me. Now I am even more amazed that you are "suddenly" coming around to House not being a baddie option...

Curiouser and curiouser..... :ponder:

Hmm.
How do you get that from her posting something from the Host Rules in response to MP asking about it?
I don't see why you would bring up not being able to reproduce host PMs if you didn't receive a host PM.

:haha:

What a strange thought process :ponder:

MP asked a question, Indiglo answered with a post about the rules and you deduce that Indiglo must have received a PM from that... very strange.

Anyway, this could end up being much ado about nothing - but given that there ARE rules concerning this subject, I think it best that we leave it here :)

Alright babes :D

@snow dog, I said epig was being hypocritical because he is willing to punish the low posters in this game but not the game he is hosting. I find it strange. I realise its still continuing a cant really be discussed but since its obvious I felt a need to say it.

So epig why punish the low posters in this game all of a sudden?

Linki
I know I said we may want to lynch Snow Dog earlier, but there were much fewer posts at the time and he seemed to be the only one (other than low posters) that we could point our finger at. However, now I am being pinged by He-Man. He mentions that Epig is being hypocritical by wanting to punish low posters here (by voting for one of them) but does not punish them in MOTU which he is hosting. Obviously, as a host, Epig must stay neutral. He cannot punish low posters in MOTU. He can, however, look at low posters in this game as trying to fly under the radar (which is what I think many baddies will do). I think baddies will do one of two things - be a low poster to try and fly under the radar or come out aggressive and pointing fingers for no good reason just to try to get the attention of players off of them while keeping their post counts up. I think that He-Man is doing the latter. I also feel bad for LT. He-Man seems to defend her a good deal as a low poster which makes me think that he may have BTSC with her which would mean she is baddie as well. Way to call out a teammate there He-Man. :disappoint:
What? And this coming from a Ship voter? :ponder:

Where has He-Man defended me? I did see where he responded to a post by Epig listing low posters....

And why is he-man a baddie, exactly? Oh, right... Epignosis thinks he is posting nonsense (I must say, I find people saying this about He-man's posts to be a bit off - I can understand what he is saying. He posts from an iPad so, as those of us who have used tablets or phones know, sometimes they are hard to type on).

I have no BTSC in this game.

I might call your post a defense of Epignosis - another Ship voter ;)

Also, the fact that you say you were planning on voting Snow Dog also catches my eye - he is certainly the most easily lynchable today, so baddies will definitely be wanting to hop that bandwagon if it rolls. But now, this attention on He-Man is catching MY eye given that it is coming from Ship voters ;)

As for Snow Dog, I don't think I will be voting his way as his later posts make me think that he was just diving into the game and asking questions - but it got out of hand. Doesn't make him a baddie.

Er...so am I. My brains would have been on the buffet too, so RIP Stevie.

Does this mean another choice might have been superior? I don't know. I am considering the idea that Stevie would have died no matter what, and that this was merely (or mostly) a matter of choosing how. A way to spur discussion. But Kate said there is info, so that must be taken into consideration.
What are your thoughts, Robert, on how Day 0 went down? Do you think anyone (or more than one player) seemed to be pushing any particular option in a way that caused you to notice as suspicious?

That being said, I think the discussion from the end part of Day 0 through the rest of Day 1 might be more telling on its own than just the Day 0 discussion, but I would like to re-read things again. I noticed a few others said they tend to perceive the push for house as civvie, but I'm not necessarily convinced. Was it Russ who said so many people agreed and thus people wouldn't be as gullible? That was an interesting point, not one I necessarily agree with because I have seen boon polls where the baddie option was overwhelmingly voted for. I think it's a combination of (1) what llama said earlier about house seeming the most safe option, based on how it was portrayed in the host post, (2) in addition to particular logical game-based arguments for it, was what might have pushed it so far ahead. What I wonder is just if it was indeed the baddie option, coincidentally, and if anyone eagerly hopped on that bandwagon without giving much of a reason. I'm actually thinking that might be more likely as suspicious currently than someone actively seriously arguing for house (if it is the bad option, assumption).

And all of THAT being said, I don't necessarily think it was the baddie option, so that may easily be moot. I think what's more notable is what seemed to develop from how people have reacted to Day 0, to each other, etc.

What? Now you are trying to paint the House option as "bad"? Why? So we will not look at the Ship/Bank voters? You did want to vote for Bank, right?

You have a way about you when you are a baddie, MP. You post a LOT of "content" that makes you seem civvie, but when you say things like this, it is my experience that you are actually a baddie trying to seem civvie :)

I am keeping a very close eye on you this game, Mr Baddie McBaddikins :srsnod:
