Epi - BDH and I are in our 40s. We don't have kids. We are buying our one and only home. We are desperately trying to create equity cuz there is NO ONE BEHIND US to take care of ourselves. WE bought a home that makes us happy and we hope like shit that once we pay it off, our investment will give us some more cash to take care of us in old people land.


We are the same except that we have to take care of this house then dump it, before we move off into retirement community.
