As far as I know, yes.

Photobucket updated their TOS two days ago. If I can't post my images elsewhere, their website becomes utterly without purpose. If I want to look at my images, I have a hard drive for that.

I'll push a child down a flight of stairs before I pay them $400 for this "service."
