Re: 2018 NFL pick 'em
I don't know man.
After Graham Gano slung a stone from the parking lot to slay a gloating Giant, I'm thinking the Philistines at home get angry.
The Eagles have a reputation as a strong run defense, and they do...except they've given up 30 receptions to running backs on average this season.
Saquon Barkley is a running back who catches a lot of passes.
And the Eagles are third worst against wide receivers this season, having surrendered 84 catches for 1064 yards and 7 touchdowns.
The Giants have this dude named Odell Beckham, Jr.
The Giants also have the best defense against wide receivers this season, having surrendered a measly 51 receptions for 659 yards and just two touchdowns.
They've been about as stingy against tight ends.
And as a home dog, Eli Manning has been all over the map...good, bad, ugly...
...but against the Eagles as a home dog, Manning has gone bananas.

I lost because I went heavy on pass catchers and the one player I ignored was Hunt. Again, I file that under "Oh well." I've done this long enough to know that random bullshit happens. I would have lost no matter what because I don't play running backs against the Broncos.DharmaHelper wrote: ↑Mon Oct 01, 2018 11:54 pmI'd be happier if you won a cool 250. I also think the Panthers are sleepers this year. Cam Newton is better without Greg Olson (wild, I know), and Christian McCaffery is amazing. Amazing and without a TD because his QB vultures every opportunity. That is going to come in handy down the stretch, methinks...

My biggest deal was how many TD passes were ruined by bad throws or flags. Sutton (my biggest play) lost two touchdown opportunities because of this. Had he gotten one touchdown, this would have been a much different script.DharmaHelper wrote: ↑Mon Oct 01, 2018 11:23 pmI'mma let you finish but first lemme lateral this ball right into the dirt.Epignosis wrote: ↑Mon Oct 01, 2018 11:21 pmNone of them did KC any favors.
