Yeah, Dumplings was the first segment, I can still hear the crunching in my mind. I think my favorite segment was Box.

Out of those I've seen the Park Chan-wook movies (he's the reason why I watched Three Extremes), Ringu, and Battle Royale. I also plan on watching Takashi Miike eventually. Of the rest, I recognize a fair amount of those titles, many because Alan (borokkuei) has mentioned them.

As far as Ringu vs. the remake goes, they are both good films and I like both, but the original seemed to be more about the atmosphere than jump scares, which definitely suites my tastes more.

As far as horror goes I am somewhat picky. Watching Three Extremes a while back made me really want to check out more asian horror films, but I'm not sure where to start.

1. Do you have any phobias?
Spiders I guess, the way they look and move is completely unnerving for some reason. I also have a tendency to dislike being near stinging/biting insects but that seems more rational. Ticks are the most vile creatures on earth.

Right handed, my mom is left though.
3. Have you ever been to a drive-in? If so, what did you see?
I have once, IIRC, it was a double feature with some X-Men movie I didn't pay attention to and Cars, but I could be wrong.
4. What's your favorite genre of film?
I tend to like sci-fi, but my favorite tends to be whatever I'm most interested in at the moment.
5. What's your favorite style of architecture?
I really know nothing about architecture...
6. Favorite salad dressing?
Ranch has always been my favorite, I always liked that it masked the taste of the salad.
7. What do like to order at a Mexican restaurant?
I don't go to Mexican restaurants often, so usually when I go to one I satiate my need for a giant pile of nachos.

To answer two questions at once, pizza may be my favorite food, I'm sure there are others I like more, but I could probably eat pizza once a day and never get tired of it.

Favorite book is hard, I've not read nearly enough to have a favorite. I like different books for different reasons, and I can't decide which reasons are better than other ones. Years ago it probably would've been LotR.

I'd start carrying something that I could use as a weapon.

ture, but some of us have practiced a lot to avoid attention and deflect all interest so that people leave us alone, i probably do that too much for people to find out much about me.
