Cilantro just has to be used the right way and it's delicious. For example, we make a cold sauce of sorts with chopped avocado, a little chopped onion, some olive oil and chopped cilantro to put on fish - particularly good on salmon. That's just one example of many. The key for my taste is I don't want to eat big leaves and stems so we carefully tear the leaves away and chop them. Truly wonderful stuff.

Edit: forgot to answer dunya's question, I don't think I've ever had it really "cooked" so always raw.
