Trying something different this week! For my Constantine premiere review, I'd like to try out the live broadcast feature on youtube. I will be watching the premiere and giving my thoughts in REAL TIME the Saturday after the premiere episode airs. I'm probably going to be streaming at like 6:30pm EST or 7:00pm EST in the afternoon, I haven't decided yet.


But I would really appreciate if you guys watched, and hopefully this goes the way I want it to go and we're able to interact more during the review.

What do you think of the setting? Gotham City has gone through numerous changes in each incarnation, from the Cali-style of the 60s, to the Gothic nature of Burton's films, to the burlesque nature of Schumacher's films, to the gritty realism of Nolan, and now this?

I see Gotham as something of a melding of Nolan and Schumacher, setting wise. Thoughts?

Robin Taylor (Oswald Cobblepot) has cited Burton when talking about his character. But honestly I think this is a new, fresh Gotham. Very dirty, almost like a machine. It's not as fantastic as Burton's look or as gritty as Nolan's. But its also not campy or anything like that. It feels to me the closest to a "comic book" Gotham than anything before it.

Tried something new with my Gotham review this week. Hopefully you guys liked it.

Yeah I felt the same way recording/editing that AoS one. This first week has been nice in that I'm getting more and more into it.

FINALLY my Scorpion review is up!

I will be trying a few new things with editing the videos next week. So, keep the feedback coming.

Yeah I agree with that :P

The thing is my webcam makes me nervous because its very hard to focus. And the way my desk/mic is set up sometimes I'll make a hand gesture and bump the table and wreck the audio :P As these things continue and continue I think I'll get more comfortable and animated.

I also apologize guys for the black screen blinking in some of the videos, I was talking to leggy in IRC about it and it's perfectly fine on my end, but when youtube puts the videos up, the blinking happens in some spots.

I will look into fixes for later

Also just a small side note if you have adblock please disable it when watching one of my videos. Its just a small 15 second ad every now and then at the front of a video that really goes a long way in helping me out so I can continue to do this and hopefully make a go at doing this full time.

It's very bare bones for now, because I don't want to ruffle Youtubes feathers with Channel art that is going to get claimed or something like that. Once I really get going I'm gonna see about getting some art up on the channel to make it look good
