I'm sure some of the people who have fallen in line are being genuine. I'm sure some aren't. I'm sure once I show how serious I am about rewarding the loyal and punishing the disloyal, I'll see a dramatic shift to the former.

I think we could be great pals once we do a little gameplay together and I think you'll find that *earning* each other's loyalty will be a much tighter lock between us than those who whimsically "pledge" to you. If their loyalty is so easily earned, it can be easily bought elsewhere...

I'm staying up till end of Day 0 so it better switch to Day 1.

You're gonna laugh when you hear this. That wasn't a gorilla. It was just DharmaHelper, another contestant here. Boy, he sure had me worried! He didn't even have a suit or mask on or anything. Wowee.

If the producers have anything like my arrival in store, I'd better watch out!

Oh, I should add that obviously just pledging loyalty without backing it up is a one way trip to Tribal. As your King I demand displays of loyalty on the regular. I'd say "vote out who I want to vote out in Tribal Council" but my tribe won't be going to tribal council, so.

The best part of this thread so far for me is the people throwing out Survivor references like Hantz and Hatch that I only tangentially get.

OK Since this is the last time I'll be able to address you all at once for a while lets lay down some ground rules:

Starting now, everyone's on the totem pole system. Yours truly is the top of the totem, unchangeable, untouchable, ad infinitum. The one at the bottom of the totem, that's the one that gets the boot each Tribal as far as I'm concerned.

So how do you climb the totem pole you may ask?

First step is easy. Anyone who pledges their loyalties to me publicly in this thread gets bumped up the pecking order. Anyone who doesn't, gets bumped down. From then on, it's a merit based system. You do well in the challenges, provide for the tribe, and you get points. Slack off and you lose points.

Let's get started.
