Actually let me elaborate.

Having access to another account is not remotely similar or in the same category as being smarter, dumber, more friendly, spanish, italian, or whatever you're arguing and you know it. The American Gods accounts were a clear competitive advantage for those that had access to them and you know it..

a) Everyone involved felt that it was better to win like assholes than lose like gentlemen. You guys felt so bad that Bullz beat you that you were willing to do anything to get back at him. Unfair and mean IMO.

b) There was at least some communication between players as to the idea of "Lets just vote with our American God's accounts" Which means that those players violated the rules of SVS/JC's game i.e Do not out your puppet accounts. Giving them an advantage yet again if there is ever a "Who is playing as who" event in that game.

I don't wanna argue this as I'm pretty sure you and anyone involved will just say "INH said it was allowed so it's ok to do it." My point is that INH intended the twist to apply only to I.O.U and gaming the system makes you a dick and a cheat.

I figured I should give my thoughts on this game since I have the opportunity to do so and apparently some things need to be said.

Firstly, I want to reiterate the statements that we all worked incredibly hard at this game. Behind the scenes was a nightmare for me in particular, given the amount of damage control I had to do in keeping myself and Bullz afloat. The twists and turns and such that were thrown our way were entertaining and challenging to say the least, but for the most part we worked very hard and had a great deal of success.

That being said, I do have a few problems and issues. Most of them are not with the game but with the players. I do wish I had a more useful (read: useful period) power, but that's cool I was able to compensate with scheming and riddle solving. Speaking of, I do wish there had been more riddles as promised. Might have given us a shot.

My biggest problem was the American God's thing, and I want to say my piece on that as it really did bother me that certain players felt the need to get that underhanded. I dunno who did it but I do know that it was unfair, unsportsmanlike, and really fucked up. Not just for this game, as it obviously required some behind the scenes cooperation which impacts SVS and JC's game. So the shortsightedness it takes to not only piss all over this game but to break the rules in American Gods as well is something I hope I never have to see in a game again. I hope I'm wrong and it is a coincidence that all those people got the same idea at the same time, but it just smells of shitty cheating to me.

The way I see it everyone had access to IOU so IOU is fair play. Everyone had access to friends and such, so friends and such are fair play. American Gods accounts are underhanded and not fair play IMO because not everyone has access to them.
