This is exactly why we chose to kill Daisy with it. We thought she would be the narrator-- or at least a recruit. MP told us his numbers in the thread, so we just decided that we'd kill to make him lose if we can't win.

I've been trying to figure out how you "out" someone as opposed to accuse them. If you "out" them does that basically mean you info dumped about them? Because building a case on them to be someone in particular obviously isn't outting - it's building a case.

For example:

In his first post back from his silencing and the Dom/Bass lynch, MP said, "I was targeted by Bavmorda and [whatever bass's role name was]". That outed both ME and MP. That did not build a case-- it simply told everyone that I was Bavmorda and that MP was Tyler Durden. There's no suspicion here.

If someone were to theorize that was the case, that'd be a different story.

Also, it's worthwhile to point out that the baddies have a WAY better record on this site than the Civvies. The baddies win disproportionately more. So an infodumping problem isn't hurting the overall baddie win chances.

The game, in general, has a huge problem with info-dumping lately. You know that.

TBH, Info dumping CAN improve a game.

Role outing does not.

Yes once you were on the poll. I was thinking TH's statement came during the time MP was silenced, before the silencing ended before anyone was on the poll. I'll have to check back.
Don't know if it matters for the discussion at hand, but I note that either baddie team probably didn't assume that the other targeter was a baddie as well. Clearly Dom's team didn't think Bass was bad, because then Dom would likely have gone after him hard to get him lynched, instead of saying he thought Bass was a Civvie. Right, Domathan?

I really think we should rez BR. She was unfairly taken out on NIGHT ONE by DF, DH, Bass, and that other Suit. She deserves a chance too. And since I'm pretty sure about her role, I could see the remaining baddies leaving her alone, since they could actually benefit from her role.
