Yes, even in the face of Trice hitting him with the "J'ACCUSE!" finger of suspicion, JJJ never really faltered. It's a deserved win, for sure.

I'm bummed that no one picked up the strong hints I v was dropping about MM being civ and that I was the reason he survived that lynch. It's also the reason I pushed so hard to GET him lynched lol...

And I cannot believe that after trice declared JJJ to be the SK that he didn't fucking die lol...

Anyway great game JJJ and many others as well this was a blast!

Well, I do wonder why he hasn't voted... he's been around all afternoon and he knows votes are changeable. He's smart enough to know that withholding his vote and waiting until the last second will give him the appearance of baddie behaviour, so... not sure what to think.

BWT is the lynch choice with the greatest chance of going wrong, imo.

Epig, it is looking like a considerable number of people are not around, and this lynch only has a few hours to go.

Are you voting for BWT, or JJJ, or dodging with a third party? I'm curious to know where your head is at, in regards to this lynch. I trust MM, and he is voting BWT, so I'm conflicted as hell and could use some input.

Okay, so I'm open to suggestions regarding this lynch. To me, JJJ is a slam dunk. I think trice panicked and tried a very weird way to signal his would-be partner to move his vote. BUT... if people can't see that, then we HAVE to find a baddie, and right now. I swear, if we have our SK sitting there (and I'm sorry JJJ, I applud your efforts today but I'm not changing my mind about you) and we lynch a civ, I'm going to be pissed.

So if you don't want to lynch JJJ, please show me a damn good case for a baddie. I'm at work today, I don't have time to do it. But I can tune in enough to read your thoughts.

I'm at work and don't have much time, but a quick skim of trice's posts makes it seem like he really started promoting the jjj=sk theory the day that he was in danger of being lynched, and jjj was one of the people voting for him.

I believe he threw the constant SK posts out there to shake jjj off of his vote, to let him know that he was threatening to lynch his own potential teammate. Of course, this couldn't ever work, because how on Earth would jjj credibly say "oh, he thinks I'm the sk, so I'm take my vote off of him"??

I think the entire jjj=sk gambit was trice trying to survive a very tight lynch, and that jjj is indeed the sk.

Once the gambit failed, trice just stuck with it to save his own bacon.

Please read back and double check this, but it seems clear to me that trice was trying to signal his prospective partner to move his vote.

And as for MM, I feel like it is more likely a civ secret that contributed to that non lynch just based on gut. I'd like to see us move on from eyeing MM, personally.

We know now that trice had a very good reason to keep insisting that jjj is the SK. Because he is.

Im going with trice now. BWT earns a single day for potentially being silenced, I don't want to vote him if he truly can't pit.

The results if the lynch have me believing mm to be good and Trice I'm 50/50.

The point about a role mimicking powers is worth considering re: BWT. I'm not sold 100% on trice being bad but the thoughts against him ate good enough I think if people want to lynch him instead. Sorry for typos on phone

Yeah I'm not sold on trice either way, I keep changing my thoughts. I feel good about MM, though. And Epig, I think.

I'll leave my vote on BWT, because I don't see how he can truly be silenced and I think it's a good shot at finally hitting a baddie.

Has there been any evidence of a second silencer? And if there was a weird civ silencer, why would they silence someone being talked about for lynch?

Unless the ??? role is a power borrower, which is why we've occasionally had too many curses etc? But even that role is listed under the civs, so.... hmm.

The only other choice for lynch, as far as I'm concerned, is trice, but I'm not sold on trice being bad.

BWT was very active yesterday in the game and now, with votes piling on, is suddenly absent, which I don't like. He can't be silenced since sleep is killing now, so this is either very unfortunate timing with him being busy or he was hoping by not posting we would swerve away from him. Not liking the situation, either way.

Okay, so I've got to head to bed, but my vote will stay on BWT for now. I would support/not fight against a trice lynch if people are going to go that way as I see a possible connection between them in the posts from yesterday and in the way that BWT so obviously wanted to move his vote off of trice but sort of stage managed it all.

However, I like lynching the person who looks bad first and the partner second, thus BWT gets my vote, but I'm not 100% on this.

I'm not voting for MM, or Epig, or MP for that matter. Those three are civs, I think.

Random question... Epig, you and MM seem to both be pretty much in sync on the Boomslang-was-very-much-a-civ train. Does MM's view of Boomslang matter to you at all? What I mean is, you've suggested iirc that you want to reattack the same lynch targets as yesterday, but I'm wondering if the fact that you both seem to be in sync on this point changes things at all, or if you think it matters not? I'm just not used to seeing people who semi-think alike go after one another, I suppose.

I've put a vote on BWT. It's a bit of a trial balloon, to show where I'm looking at the moment. I feel very hampered by the fact that apparently there are only 2 baddies to find (and 1 SK, even harder), with no lynched baddies to help study voting records, so I'm going on post reads for now. More to come.

I've been called into work unexpectedly, so I'll be nonparticipatory today.

That's a decent point. But who the hell would stop the lynch? I don't know why any townie would do it if they didn't have info on both MM and Trice.

I'm not going to spend too much tIme worrying about the possibilities regarding what happened, this game has to many secrets anyway. But I'm feeling like MM is civ and I'm not going to be repeating my vote against him. I was so focused on the lynch that I didn't properly weigh what he was trying to say while cursed. I'm still rereading trice atm.

I think trice may have tilted. I don't like how many people came in early and voted him and have not come back. I don't see enough evidence against JJJ. The Scotty thing is too fresh and new to establish with little time left. MM hasn't actually pursued baddies all game, except for his Timmer ten-minute thing which he inexplicably held onto for 3 games days.

I think MM is the way to go.
