Frankly, I thought you were bad and I thought you would immediately peg me as L if I chatted with you. Also, I kind of wanted to frame you as L so the baddies would try to kill you instead of me. Running a report on you would have made hat harder. That's why I ran a report on myself.

This was probably the most fun I have ever had in a mafia game, and I see that if the breaks had gone differently and if I had played better we might have won.

I do agree with Epi about unlynchable roles being really frustrating though. We knew Mata and MM were Kira sympathizers, and we could not get rid of them.

Linki @llama: We knew who you were before you admitted to Daisy in BTSC. I'm so proud of her for playing that so well. That was easily the most crucial point in the game for us.

By the time I got to Daisy, I was desperate. I knew I had basically no chance of winning at that point. Otherwise I would have been more cautious. But she was incredibly convincing. Great game, Daisy.

But I understood those drawbacks when I constructed the game, and I used it on purpose knowing its drawbacks.

Think what you want, but I still stand by my assertion that I balanced this game to the best of my ability, and the detectives had plenty of opportunities to win this game.

Like if, for example, I hadn't been such a failure at finding Kiras.

I do feel vindicated in my theory that Ricochet is always bad though.

Boo has seemed on the ball all game, but his vote for me makes no sense. I think it must be a power play. He must think he has the votes to take me down. I hope he does not. I urge other people not to spread their votes out, but vote for boo.

Finished reading Black Rock. 136 posts, very little contribution. She flips too easily, She fought me on Snowman, and then flipped to supporting me for no reason. I could be persuaded to vote for her today, but it looks like I will have to strategically save myself instead, which is no fun.

Whoah, wait a minute guys. WHy is everyone voting for me? This is a mistake. I have had an extremely busy day, but I promised I would read Black Rock before voting, so I am going to do that now.

That being said, I do think the points he made about Black Rock are good ones, and I intend to reread her before the vote.

I think the unlynchable Shinigami are playing for their own amusement and own motives. He's not interested in helping us, he's interested in helping himself. This has been the case all throughout the game, but you see it most recently in his pointless antagonism of me, which I presume he is doing just because he finds it funny, or he wants me dead because I am annoying to him. You saw that when he demanded I name suspects (which as I pointed out, proves nothing) and then voted for me because I didn't play along. I don't think any of it has to do with actually interest in catching Kira.

That's sort of a misrepresentation. I never said FZ and TH are my top suspects anymore. I think TH is more unhelpful than bad. I think there is a good chance FZ has a (currently) unlynchable baddie role, but it is also possible she's telling the truth and there is no point in pursuing her lynch againt today.

Epignosis is my top suspect today, which I don't think is tunnel vision-y at all, since we've been working together almost all game.

You aren't looking at the content of the posts.

I did look at the content of the posts. It doesn't read the same to me. I think he is more aggressive and more involved in this game.

No, but like I said, you were so full of it and your suspicion of me has taken over the entire game. I think expecting you to give something other than what you have was fair. I also think it was a sort of a protest and calling your bluff vote, and he might also believe you're bad. I wouldn't rule out the possibility that he had to vote fast for some reason. I agree that he should have waited with his vote, but you really asked for it.

llama, I don't know if you're bad, but the way you've been handling things lately doesn't scream very civvie to me.

How does me naming names refute suspicion? I could name anybody. It would be a trifling matter. Why would that make me less suspicious?

You're trying to get me on the defensive. It won't work. I have no interest in defending myself to you. I have an interest in finding and lynching Kira.

There is one player in the game has practically been screaming "I am Higuchi" since day one. His name is Robert, but round these parts he goes by Epignosis.
The evidence against FZ still exists, and I still find it persuasive. If she were Light, that fits.
The thing that made me think she was lying in her defense was how adamant it was, which I would not have done if I had been an unlynchable civ. Having to relinquish the death note to save herself explains this.

It all fits. It's very elegant.

FZ seems to have seen that coming. She's Light, gave up the note to Higuchi so she wouldn't be lynched, but now Higuchi can be.

Now, if you're anything like me, Epi has been the obvious Higuchi for most of the game, and he has tried to take cover behind making it look like he's just a regular Yotsuba. I do not believe he's a regular Yotsuba (and even if he is, for me, that's not a loss, which I hope I've made clear by this point).

So... Epi already thought FZ was probably Light, and was pushing for her lynch to make her give up the note, so that he could get it?

Are there any other good Higuchi candidates? Anyone who has previously survived an attempt (that isn't FZ, if we're working under the assumption she's Light, which I can accept and work into other things I believe) is a candidate, but I don't think it is any of them.

I agree with everything Boo has said here. I was thinking along similar lines. Well done, Boo.
