Kudos to this kid. At just 3.5 years old, he has learned to write his name all by himself. The others learned at age 4.

My sister-in-law and I had children 8 days apart. My son, Ephraim, and his cousin will be three next week Make sure you get a picture like the followingG-Man wrote:I announced in the interrogation room that my wife is pregnant again but I forgot to mention that my sister is also pregnant. I get to be a daddy again and a first-time uncle!
My poor mother is in for quite a ride. She takes care of my daughter during the day and will be adding our little 2.0 and my sister's kid. The kicker is this: my sister and wife are due a week apart. The end of October is going to be quite eventful!

Not sure. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tt8ejc-ikZ4Mongoose wrote:Is that like yogalates? Will be definitely go down more for vanity reasons though, but nothing crazy. I saw some pictures of myself last weekend, and was like "Whoa, wtf, that's me now?"
Congrats! I am at 20 down and 20 to go. I'm overall looking to be leaner/healthier/stronger. I know you like yoga...have you heard of Piyo with Chalene Johnson? I bet it would be something you'd like. Its a combination of Pilates, yoga, and a little bit of sweat . I like Chalene's earlier stuff. Turbo Fire is what I've been working out with.

When you are a mom, your kids' accomplishments are *your* accomplishments. Especially when you homeschool School's Out for the summer! Simon finished second grade and Abigail finished pre-k.

Re: Kudos To You!!
I'd like to clarify. Just b/c we choose to homeschool does not mean I look down upon those who choose other ways to school their children. We chose what was right for our family.

Re: Kudos To You!!
Thanks TH, definitely. Homeschooling my children is one of my greatest joys. Financial sacrifices are made, but Epi and I know we are doing right by our children.
And hey....when you have kids someday, I bet you won't be able to hold back your joy when they learn to read
Such a Logan quote if I ever saw one You are truly hilarious. Do you pee pee in the potty too Logan? Ephraim can pee pee AND poo in the potty...most of the timethellama73 wrote:I know all my colors and shapes (including puce and dodecahedron) but I don't see anybody throwing me a ticker tape parade.

Re: Kudos To You!!
Kudos to my baby boy! I just did school with Ephraim. Each day we just take a few minutes and look at letters, numbers, colors, and shapes. Instead of going over everything with him like usual, I decided to ask him where is so-an-so for his colors and shapes. He pointed to all the correct colors except red and he got more than half of the 13 shapes!!! I couldn't believe it...he is only 22 months! This shows you what just a few minutes a day can do. The minds of children are amazing. The sooner you start, the better IMO.

I have 599 likes on my Little Miss Cakes facebook page and I have SIX cakes this coming week which is amazing business for the month of January. Maybe some of you could help boost my likes if you aren't too cool for facebook . www.facebook.com/LittleMissCakesNC. Epi told me that some Syndicate members were talking about meeting up somewhere close to Washington DC. If it happens, I will be sure to make a cake for us all to share
