It's not LyLo, so all this move gets the mafia team (if Elaine is lying) is a push to LyLo with a confirmed mafia in place. That's not terrible for them, but she'd have no need -- unless Peterman is also mafia. If it's a claim for teammate save I'd be somewhat shocked, it feels too early for that.
