Sorry host and players that I have been so fail. I am surprised to find that I am still alive, but more surprised that it's apparently Chapter 2 again. I'm like really far behind but I'm gonna try to recommit myself to the game because Damn the Heathens.

I'm going back to read some of what I'm missed but does anybody have a recent summary of events for me?

I dont want to talk about Job and Uzziah much if you must know. because I have an idea about what might be going on between them. From some things that happened to me I get the feeling their feud with each other is not of their own making. they could have been turned upon one another by other forces
I take issue with the logic that their feud means one of them must be bad, that logic doesnt fly in this game or any mafia game. they could both be wrong about each other it happens all the time even if there feud is legit. you have to give a reason to suspect someone because it cant just be that they suspect each other. I cant remember who said this but i dont agree with it.
other than that Im afraid I dont have much to talk about, we need more chatter and we can draw out the unrepentant

Jonah, my case (nor Paul's), is not predicated on logic that one of Uzz/Job must be bad. It is predicated on suspicion of Job independently of Uzziah.

yeah Im starting to see that. you make a good point about Mr. Job mischaracterizing your play. though you went to extraordinary lengths to belabor that fact.

So, Lot, this is the only thing I find myself agreeing with in your expansive post against Absalom. And I'm surprised you're not more willing to consider this a possibility. Yeah I gotta agree if anything it points to a setup. From my experience a team of five isnt gonna follow the whims of one member. if Absalom is a heathen he doesnt have total control over the kills. But the heathens as a group might decide to make the kills that will incriminate him. Odd that Lot isnt considering this possibility more and the fact that hes pushing this angle causes me to trust him a little less. Would not be surprised to find myself voting for Lot as I feel theres been a few posts of his that have stood out to me in a bad way like this

Well yeah she didnt have to but she did. And as a heathen she may have felt that it would appear to be the most genuine looking vote she could muster. Look at Sheba's other posts in the game theres not many of them but they all talk about Cain. It would have stood out if she voted for anybody else. And I'm thinking she doesnt want to stand out.

And to Rachel, here is how I work. I read the thread in general, but I prefer to click the "in topic" button and read a player's post in order. It is easier to see apathy, suspicious tendencies, over-posting about useless crap to hide a lack of real content, etc. So I read through the people who hd acted on the poll and those getting votes, and Cain pinged me. I am sorry that you do not like that. I can write a gigantic wall post breaking down my thoughts on every single player if you want, but it feels like ever since I voted for Cain that you and a few friends have been actively TRYING to make this into a thing, and you are not even bothering to consider that my ping may be right and that those votes against him were proper. I am sorry, but I am not going to apologize for that vote.

I dont like the way Deborah quotes other players posts to prop up her own suspicions without actually saying things like I agree. Feels like theres some subtle manipulation going on here. Solomon asked us to look at the late voters but I think the middle voters are more suspicious. They don't wanna start something but they don't wanna end it either. Deborah falls squarely in that range in my book.

I mean I guess Samson could be bad for not explaining his vote but like that's a horrible move for a heathen as they would want to explain their votes and blend in. Rookie move and his fellow Pharisees should have told him to post because people were asking about him. Not hard to make up a reason but he didn't even try. I will be voting Mary Magdalene as she seemed most opportunistic for jumping onto Samson's case. She read the whole thread supposedly and that's the only thing she felt was worth talking about. She didn't make a gut read on Samson or deduce anything, it's such an easy suspicion to fake and if she's wrong there's no fallout because obviously not explaining your vote can be construed as bad. Her vote is the mark of an unrepentant heathen.

Woahh waitaminute Mary why does it matter if its hard to remember who posted what. I mean I get that. but did you find anything that was said to be suspicious? and if you did why didnt you just take a look at the name right above the post and quote it? This excuse feels fake. I get the feeling you only read the thread to stay caught up because it doesn't sound like you were actively looking to identify anyones alignment while you read.

Although, at this point I still want to vote Paul but I do think Uzziah's comment sounds like he's hinting to be a Horseman rather than Heathen. He has pretty big balls hunny to announce he's Heathen like that otherwise.

Not to mention he says he "found one scum" in Lot, apparently forgetting he already called Samuel as well, which would make two, in his view. Very, very confusing.

This post feels wishy washy without asking any specific questions like you wanna stay on the fence but still act like youre discussing things. I got my eye on you Shazzy

Deborah, we do not know the Horsemen's win conditions. They appear, to me, to be an indie team. If they were just another baddie team, then I doubt their win condition would be secret. I think you are reading far too into what I have posted and far too little into what the post has and has not.

well okay Deborah but you don't think a buncha hillbillies named Conquest War Famine and DEATH don't need to be delivered unto Hell? There's 34 roles in this game and only 5 heathens so if all it takes to win is getting rid of five assholes this game would be too easy. I don't think it matters as far as suspecting people but if we lynch a horseman you're not gonna see me crying over it.

I don't get why ye sinners are giving Paul a hard time I mean he's trying to identify those who are not doing our Lord's will and you're all turning on him like a bunch of pharisees. We don't have rvs on this site so he's doing what he can to gauge reactions. leave him alone I say and let him do the Lord's work. he's an easy target today because he's not playing like the rest of us but that doesn't make him a heathen. we should be accepting of those who are not like us
