Sure there is. I've got multiple ideas just on my own. ;) I ain't gonna be part of no Stanford Prison Experiment. Look at the numbers, there are more Prisoners than hosts. :D

But I'll wait to hear back from the hosts before I make a decision for myself.

Re: [DAY 10] Turf Wars: Prison Edition

I am now wondering if any of the future, already planned challenges will be winnable. If many of them require participation across the board, I would like to know that now, so I can just cut my losses and move on with my life. Any challenge that requires all people to participate will intrinsically be un-winnable. If any of the future planned challenges fall into that category, can you at least give us the heads up so we can jet?

EBWOP - I mean P813, not P92. Apparently I'm not used to identifying people by barcodes either. :haha:

DAY 2

ORIGINAL PRISONERS (11):
Prisoner 208986
Prisoner 277058
Prisoner 379949
Prisoner 413022
Prisoner 509378
Prisoner 513538
Prisoner 640326
Prisoner 650829
Prisoner 740359
Prisoner 813142
Prisoner 920077

Our prison threads began on Day 2, meaning that any one being thrown in prison on Day or Night 1 are among us. This means that both Diiny and Tranq are among the original prisoners. Diiny was lynched and Tranq arrested at night. I have no idea which prisoner they are/were, nor would I be allowed to reveal that information if I knew it. We don't know if any of the original prisoners qualify as "baddie plants," so I am operating on the assumption that there were no such "plants."

DAY 3

Prisoner 208986
Prisoner 277058
Prisoner 379949
Prisoner 413022
Prisoner 509378
Prisoner 513538
Prisoner 640326
Prisoner 650829
Prisoner 740359
Prisoner 813142
Prisoner 920077

Prisoner 980854

Only one player joined us in prison on Day 3 and that was Prisoner 980854, who was actually RadicalFuzz and they were revealed to be a baddie upon the Day 2 lynch. No one was arrested on Night 2.

DAY 4

Prisoner 208986
Prisoner 277058
Prisoner 379949
Prisoner 413022
Prisoner 509378
Prisoner 513538
Prisoner 640326
Prisoner 650829
Prisoner 740359
Prisoner 813142
Prisoner 888206
Prisoner 920077
Prisoner 980854

On Day 4, there was once again just one player joining us, Prisoner 888206. This person was Long Con, who was lynched Day 3 and revealed to be Team Sockface. He was later "modkilled" for breaking the rules and his Prisoner identity was revealed to all.

DAY 5

Prisoner 208986
Prisoner 277058
Prisoner 331347
Prisoner 379949
Prisoner 413022
Prisoner 483934
Prisoner 509378
Prisoner 513538
Prisoner 640326
Prisoner 650829
Prisoner 740359
Prisoner 813142
Prisoner 888206
Prisoner 920077
Prisoner 980854

This was our big jailbreak day but we still had new inmates in our ranks. Prisoner 331347 and Prisoner 483934 joined us. I have reason to believe both of them are good because Agleaminranks was lynched and revealed to be Team Sockface Day 4 and Metalmarsh89 was arrested Night 4. We do not know Metalmarsh's team but since it seems teams Sockface and Daisy cannot arrest players, he must be good. We do not know which is which nor are we allowed to out them if we do.

During out jailbreak, Prisoners 509378 and 740359 were paroled. It is unclear if they are still active in the game, dead, or re-arrested. Prisoner 888206 was modkilled for breaking the rules. Prisoners 379949, 513538, and 980854 were all killed Night 5 but we do not know by whom.

DAY 6

Prisoner 153930
Prisoner 208986
Prisoner 219747
Prisoner 277058
Prisoner 331347
Prisoner 413022
Prisoner 483934
Prisoner 606386
Prisoner 640326
Prisoner 650829
Prisoner 813142
Prisoner 920077

On Day 6, we found ourselves back in prison with three new inmates: Prisoner 153930, Prisoner 219747, and Prisoner 606386. We know that Dragon D. Luffy was lynched and revealed to be Team Sockface. The other two prisoners must have been arrested by the Police Night 5, so we can assume that they are good. We do not know which prisoner is Dragon D. Luffy, nor should we speculate or out them if we know which prisoner they are. That would be against the rules.

UPDATE: We now know that Prisoner 153930 was Dragon D. Luffy and Prisoner 219747 was Golden.

DAY 7
Prisoner 126993
Prisoner 153930
Prisoner 208986
Prisoner 219747
Prisoner 277058
Prisoner 331347
Prisoner 413022
Prisoner 419713
Prisoner 483934
Prisoner 606386
Prisoner 640326
Prisoner 650829
Prisoner 813142
Prisoner 920077

On Day 7, we found ourselves with two new inmates: Prisoner 126993 and Prisoner 419713. We don't know anything about the circumstances by which they came to the prison, nor are late arrivals allowed to reveal any timeline events from the "game thread." We don't need anyone else getting "modkilled" you know. If we assume one was lynched and one was arrested, then we can assume that at least one of these two inmates could be a lynched "baddie." So as of Day 7, there could be only one baddie among us.

DAY 8

Prisoner 126993
Prisoner 153930
Prisoner 208986
Prisoner 219747
Prisoner 277058
Prisoner 331347
Prisoner 413022
Prisoner 419713
Prisoner 483934
Prisoner 541395
Prisoner 606386
Prisoner 640326
Prisoner 650829
Prisoner 792787
Prisoner 813142
Prisoner 920077

On Day 8, we also only received two new prisoners to this cage of ours. Prisoner 541395 and Prisoner 792787 joined us for the day of what should have been the easily-winnable foreign language challenge. With the operating assumption that the two "families" cannot arrest players, then we are left with the conclusion that only one of these two could be a lynched "baddie," thereby raising the potential number of "baddies" among us to two.

DAY 9

Prisoner 126993
Prisoner 153930
Prisoner 208986
Prisoner 219747
Prisoner 277058
Prisoner 331347
Prisoner 413022
Prisoner 419713
Prisoner 483934
Prisoner 541395
Prisoner 606386
Prisoner 640326
Prisoner 650829
Prisoner 714386
Prisoner 792787
Prisoner 813142
Prisoner 920077

Day 9 we were joined by just one new prisoner: Prisoner 714386. We do not know if they were lynched or arrested, so we have to assume it possible that they are a lynched "baddie," which brings our grand total of potential "baddies" among us to three.

Now there is one caveat to all this. I believe that somewhere along the line it was made mention that there was something called a "seemer" role that can make itself look like another role when lynched. Take that with a grain of salt.

UPDATE: Prisoners 153930 and 219747 (Dragon D. Luffy and Golden) were shanked. Sadly, both of them were civvies.

DAY 10

Prisoner 126993
Prisoner 208986
Prisoner 277058
Prisoner 319159
Prisoner 331347
Prisoner 413022
Prisoner 419713
Prisoner 483934
Prisoner 541395
Prisoner 606386
Prisoner 640326
Prisoner 650829
Prisoner 714386
Prisoner 792787
Prisoner 813142
Prisoner 850132
Prisoner 920077
Prisoner 958153

Looks like the folks in the "game thread" had a busy day and evening. Three new prisoners means an additional potential "baddie" among us. That bring the total possible up to four total, assuming the townfolk got lucky four days in a row. Doubtful.

All prisoners coming in Day 7 or later are unknown and will remain unknown until our next prison break.
If you want a log of participation in challenges or specific data regarding a particular inmate, please let me know. I will do my best to provide it from my notes.

Wow, awesome P92!!! I am going to analyze that, and it compare it to all my notes. So if I am understanding you correctly, even though I arrived more recently, I am not allowed to share any additional knowledge or updates to your knowledge?

I will instead, use your beautiful records to update mine, I suppose. I think you were the prisoner who made me realize immediately that it must be important to keep my own records in here. So I started doing that, and now I'm really glad. So thank you for that!

We understand your frustration and we did not expect so many players to be completely uninterested in essentially getting rezzed. That said, we built this game with specific dynamics and we can't unduly influence the game. Additionally, we set it up so that no show players can be either shanked (should a challenge be failed) or mod killed (after a prison break). Furthermore, you were given a freebie extra shank last night on a person who was barely contributing the minimum and desperately wanted out of the game. I don't think we have been in the least unfair. We have already mod killed four players for you.

I do appreciate all those of you who are participating and I'm sorry for those that haven't.
Ok. I hear what you are saying. And I am still going to say this, not to offend, just to point out an issue in that way of looking at things.

This game was built with a specific dynamic, and you don't want to unduly influence it. I totally understand that from a host's perspective. As it stands, that very specific dynamic IS being unduly influenced by non-participatory players, as you've noticed. It is not working the way you planned, because you didn't imagine players wouldn't participate. That means the specific dynamic has been broken by those players by not participating. Just as it would be broken if people were in here role-outing themselves, or identifying themselves. Would those people be modkilled for not following the participation rules?

Also, as it stands, we have absolutely NO WAY to win this challenge today. NO WAY. So why should any of us participate? If the idea here is to encourage players to participate... it would help if the endeavor were not pointless. I like to participate, and I see many of my fellow prisoners like to participate also. But participating in a fruitless endeavor makes even ME not want to participate. If this specific game dynamic only works when all people participate... then it is currently not working. Which makes it patently futile / unfair / broken / impossible.

Again, no judgment here. I just wanted to be clear that I am not just being a whiner because things aren't going the way I want them to. I have really enjoyed the game up to this point. It has been very fair, very balanced and very thought provoking. I would even say, I have had the most fun this game that I've had in a mafia game in a very long time. This is the first time all game I've experienced anything that might need mentioned, or adjusted slightly. And of course, it is up to you both as hosts to decide what (if anything) is to be done about it. I also think it's important that I explain why I see an issue with it, more than just whining "it's not fair" and stomping off. :hugs: :hugs:

Re: [DAY 10] Turf Wars: Prison Edition

For some reason I am having trouble posting right now, so I will hope this one also goes through...

Also for the new prisoners -

This thread will be gone at the end of the night phase. One of the other prisoners had posted all the new prisoners and post tallies for the previous day, etc when I joined, so I have also been doing that as well. If you want any info in a permanent file, you'll have to grab screenshots, etc.

I will continue keeping track of new prisoners, etc, but I only arrived Day 8 myself, so for anything before that time, we will have to rely on prisoners who have been here longer and have been keeping track.

I am down for this, very much. I have some thoughts on the Baddies Among Us as well, so I would love to discuss it. Maybe at least then we can accomplish something useful today.

If 331 shows up, we will be way more than happy to shank him or her. I hope s/he does. Otherwise, this will be yet another pointless day, with an impossible to win challenge. :sigh:

Linki~ 277, I get what you are saying, and I like your spirit, but every single prisoner has to vote in this poll. So we are automatically going to lose no matter who we choose to shank.
