Why do you think some people might have done that?

For example, mom doesn't know anything about Street Fighter. So why would she pick Cammy? When we were in the car talking about Halloween costumes, she said she didn't like the way Cammy was dressed because you can't wear that outfit during Halloween because it's cold. So that doesn't make any sense.

So that proves she is Cammy or a mafia bad guy who just picked somebody at random.
