I know this is a super polarizing herb, but I've not been fussed either way. It's a very mild, delicate flavor to me, so I'll never say no to some fresh cilantro on a street taco, but I've never thought to buy it and use it either (I have a friend who likes making cilantro vinaigrette or cilantro aioli).
