Because I believe Wilgy/Lorab are on one team, and Zebra is on the other. Zebra died N1, and IMO, there's no reason to compare MM with Wilgy/Lorab for the rest of the game.

Anyway...after today, I'm no longer going to be voting Marmot. I've said this before, but this is officially the last day I do so. The baddies have employed a good strategy assuming I'm wrong and he is neutral...let him live and then he can help them win with numbers.

I just hope, if he's on the level, (bwahahaha right), he's really here to help take down baddies.

We have the similarities of relying on evidence in this game and the one he was bad in, and the post count similarities. I think he posts less as a baddie when he doesn't know what to say. Dom dying made it easier to know what to say.

Please tell me what you think and if anyone remembers how he was in other games he was bad in, that would be helpful as well.

I would definitely like to hear what Matt has to say about everyone else. I think Rico and dh at the least have asked for similar reads from Matt as well and I don't remember them coming off the top of my head.

In Star Wars, I repeatedly defended Spacedaisy, who had replaced Glorfindel. My idea was that Glor wouldn't have been replaced had he been Mafia, so I defended Daisy for it. I was wrong. But I was also civ.

In Dune, I "heavily defended Floyd" (Golden's words in that game when he was accusing me) because I did not think he was bad. I was correct. I was also civ.

As for my lack of involvement in this game until a few day phases ago, I'd like to remind everyone that I was just a baddie in Golden's Lost game, which I believe started the very same day this game started. I was invested in that game over this one because let's face it, being a baddie is more fun (IMO anyway). Once SVS systematically destroyed us, though, I became more involved here.

FZ...is there a specific reason you don't want to lynch MM?

This is not the first time you've tried to pin baddy on me this game. Earlier in the game, you tried to make out like me and LC had some kind of bad btsc going on, remember? And that was literally out of nowhere. If you'd like, I will quote the post I made calling you out for literally coming up with that out of nowhere.

And now today, I wake up, catch up on the thread, and literally, 12 hours before deadline, you come up with this out of nowhere.

Juliets suggested I know what the mafia team names are. To have this knowledge, I would probably have to be mafia. But she didn't seem very convinced considering the suggestion she made.

Convinced that you were mafia? I think she was trying to gauge that without outright accusing you of anything (which, as always, leads to different and often less reliable results) so I still don't see how the suggestion of the teams having names is suspicious in any way.

You'll note that at one point Zebra suggests MM is just being WIFOMy as is sometimes his pleasure. I'd assert they were playing into WIFOM quite a bit, particularly when they were joking around about how STUPID and SILLY Rico's accusations were. We now know that in the case of Zebra, Rico's accusation was well-placed even if the reasoning was lacking. I don't struggle to see this as team mates being brazen in their WIFOM and dismissals of Rico's weak attacks. It's not as though MM left the door open to be linked to Zebra inadvertently -- the participation was always mutual.

Later Zebra does question MM a little, but it doesn't develop much and he also half-defends MM in the face of DH's "crock of shit" suspicion.

This is all more WIFOM. Joking around is fine. Being incorrect in a town read is fine. But this doesn't look like that to me, it looks like a concerted effort to call Zebra a town read for no reason. This obviously came before Zebra's flip, and I could easily see this being MM's deliberate "way too wrong to be fake" WIFOM. I think he's suspicious and a potential team mate of Zebra.

You are correct. I recognized Ricochet's attempt to get lynched on Day 1, and was trying to counter anything he said and put a stop to it.

Calling zebra confirmed town had more to do with the fact the Ricochet was calling her confirmed scum, and less to do with the person in question.

I didn't think I'd have a chance at survivng. But then also decided that there's more to this game then me winning or not. I decided that I would support anyone who believed in me or gave me a chance. DH was the first person to give me a chance and say "Hey guys, MM might be telling the truth".

To those who think I'm a malevolant Indy, I want to hear why they think that.

MM, a few times I believe you've asked me why Dom didn't immediately suss you on Day 6. Well, there's your answer per the underline.

Let's also keep in mind that it was what, Day 5 when Dom started asking about you and what the case against you was? So we can assume he wasn't really paying attention to you all that much. Yet, by Day 6, he listed you as bad twice and put you on his suspect list...twice. So a total of four times referencing you as bad. A day after he had no idea what the case on you was.

Here is Dom "trying to find reasons that MM is bad" as opposed to just saying "Yo MM is bad peeps! I know it!"...

If Marmot is telling the truth (which is preposterous but okay let's pretend), that means 6 baddies, 1 indy/neutral, and only...four civs left at maximum. If Marmot is a straight up liar like the rolechecker told us, then there might be five civs left and six baddies.
