That's my hope as well, but I'm keeping my expectations low. Moffat always has been a disappointment, IMO

I didn't have high hopes for the new season, but the first episode absolutely blew me away! There have been very few memorable episodes during Moffat's run (which I feel has nearly made the show unwatchable except out of sheer habbit/routine) but this one shot right up to the top of the list. Hopefully this will set a new tone as I've heard there are many more 2 part episodes planned throughout this season.
