Oh yeah... or protected Myo from the kill. But Myo doesn't seem like a likely kill target, being a new player on this site, and with a respected towncore formed from Day 1 on.

A glance at ted's later ISO has a definite Myo focus. Maybe he blocked Myo on Night 2 and that's why no kill.

My point, which I think is pretty self-evident is that suspicious townies are a net negative for the town and a positive for the wolves. They're not killed because they're easy to mislynch. But ultimately if I'm going to be continuously distracting, then it's not a terrible play. The best solution is to be less suspicious, but apparently I don't excel at that, no matter where I am.

I am town. And upon reread, I empathize with the first half of your post, and I want to say that smooth wolves can keep the waters crystal clear.

We don’t know who bought it, only that it has been bought. “Soneji was silenced so we wouldn’t lynch him today” feels like a huge stretch, especially when that player has evidently been absent from the website in general. If the mafia team bought it, it’s a powerful tool in their hands and they might be inclined to save it for later use. If a civilian bought it, they might have done so just to prevent it from ever being used at all.

Here's what it means to me. Myo saw ted's criticism of Soneji, and realized he disagreed with it because Myo felt the same way as Soneji about Jack's original statement. Unless Myo and Soneji are the other two wolves, I give Myo town points for it. Wolf Myo doesn't need to save town Soneji, and the statement just *rings true* to me. I think it's genuine, and it's town-motivated. PLUS, of course, Myo is also taking pressure OFF Soneji and putting more on Jack. If it's a complex "help one teammate and bus another" then so be it. That's not what I think.

Pretty minimal interactions with Jack, he did call out Jack for an opinion on the salad Nutella thing, and after Jack's death he trying to claim it as a suspicion, but I didn't really see it as a suspicion, just asking Jack's actual opinion.

I have a bad feeling you're not Civ. I have no case, so don't get uptight about it. You've got a good handle on the usual JJJ schtick, which I see as good-to-excellent proactive play, so sometimes it just comes down to gut. Maybe my saying it could influence some rolecheckers or whatever. But then if you're Civ, it's a waste of an ability. Ain't that just Mafia?
