Stumptown on Hulu. Cobie smulders deserves some awards, and the rest of the cast is great too

Jessica Jones. I'm still on season 2. I'm not much of a binge watcher, I really like the pace of watching an episode once in a blue moon. The characters welcome me back but everything's still super fresh.

BoJack Horseman is a seriously depressing show and it's also pretty goofy but occasionally it has these brief but beautiful moments of insight that make it worth the time.Enrique wrote: ↑Sun Sep 16, 2018 11:28 pm Another sensational season of BoJack Horseman, five years going now. This season was largely the writers responding to the dumbassery of glamorizing and justifying every sociopathic anti-hero on TV and rocked it as always... and was hard to watch, as always. Some of the fanbase is very split, which I mean, it sucks that it has to be like that, but it's a good debate.
Five years of saying this gets tiring, but once you get past the first handful of episodes this show is pure gold.

I have no idea why The Last Jedi gets any hates from fans. I don't know what else you could have possibly wanted out of this installment of the saga. I thought it was damn near perfect

I think there's 4 series, they are all relatively short.

I love Mitchell and Webb! I couldn't get into Peep Show though, I was annoyed by the way they film it.
The IT Crowd is one of my favorite British shows.

Re: Whatcha Watchin? (Spoiler Free)
The last season of Fringe is definitely my least favorite. But I felt like Fringe always had an endgame in mind, and it may have felt less clunky if the show had run longer... whereas with Lost they definitely made it up as they went along.Ricochet wrote:I watched all Fringe, mainly for how lovable Walter was, but it being a J.J. Abrams Lost-school of mystery self-absorbtion and voodoo sci-fi (oh did I mention how much I hate Lost?), I didn't enjoy it to the fullest. The wrap-up of the official story was clunky as hell and the fifth season jump was a complete disaster.
And yeah Walter is the best part.

Orphan Black is great but it's lost a lot of its magic for me. I thought Season 1 was amazeballs and had so much inertia, but lately its gotten swallowed up by its own mythology.
I'm re watching Fringe and I can't recommend it enough. The first two seasons are good but pale in comparison to the rest of the show. If anyone wants to get into it, PM me, I can give you a list of essential Season 1+2 episodes so that you get properly hooked

YES. ORPHAN BLACK, SO GOOD. Especially season 1. The pacing of that season is phenomenal and all the character are so fully realized.
