Nice jobs civs/winners! I was having a blast this game but got killed way too soon as usual. Thanks for the game, Epi! See you all next year?

Oh come on Jules I know you've seen Lord of the Rings The Ring corrupts and manipulates its owner. It belongs to The Necromancer, and while he had it (in the stories) he basically ruled the world.

I guess this ring is from The Hobbit where it was a little more low key and belonged to Gollum, but Epi stressed its dark nature.

I do not think I want the ring

Bloops, Juliets, there was nothing really new involved in my decision to vote LC. I do have residual feelings of concern from the early game, so I've been watching LC very closely since then. I'm not quite to the point where I'm building a case on him, but if I get to that point, you will no doubt hear about it For now the plan is to continue observing him.

Zeek, I'm not sure what exactly you'd like us to discuss re: MP. If we decide we don't trust him, well where do we go from there, do we lynch him? That seems like a waste of time and a great baddie stalling tactic.

I plan to use MP's perspective and insight as we move forward but I trust my own judgment and intuition above his when I make my votes. I think that's what we all should do.

I don't feel great about an Indy having the ring though, tbh. Actually I don't think anyone should have that thing

I don't think you're Dom's teammate, SVS. And I agree with you about Bea, I think there's nothing to see there.

I'll be looking into Russti for a possible DF/Bass connection, as well as looking into Zeek per Roxy's suggestion.

And to anyone who is considering voting for me tomorrow, all I ask is that you at least do me the courtesy of rereading ALL my gameplay so far and then forming your final opinion. This is the sort of "slip up" that people usually get wrongly lynched for on Day 1, so if you've got your pitchfork out at least do me the courtesy of looking at all the Day 0 - 5 content and not just one comment I made that you perhaps don't understand. We've got plenty of time until the Day 6 lynch so you've got plenty of time to read.

Let's ask ourselves what's more likely:

That I made a colossal slip up for no reason, outting myself to an entire baddie team in the process, or

That I'm a civvie and so had no reason to be careful about what I said, so I made a guess about something that happened, naive to the effects my guess would have.

I knew none of these things and I've never claimed to know them. You think I do because you're applying your own guilty perspective to my behavior.

I did not know MP was double targeted, I knew he was at least silenced, we ALL did, and I guessed that he was likely to be targeted by you guys. That's all it was, a guess, but you in your baddie insecurity believed I must know for certain.

If you guys want to vote me for correctly guessing two baddies and an indie, and for the baddies subsequently being pissed about it, be my guest. I'm devoting no more energy to defending this particular point so vote for me tomorrow if you aren't content with my responses. I will be doing my usual baddie hunting tomorrow so I won't have time to talk about this nonsense

Linki @juliets: Dom did not ask 3 times btw. I went back and looked. He asked once and I missed it, then the second time he asked I thought he was going to have an ulcer if I didn't respond. I didn't see the big deal about his question at the time... I obviously do now...

Roxy, juliets was cursed and you were silenced. You both showed up around the same time but all phase we thought all three of you were silenced. Sorry for the shorthand...

Yes, I recognized that you were silenced and said so in the thread. Then later in the thread I said "I bet Mp is the one who was double targeted by Dom and Bass." And now that ended up being what happened and now here we are.

I guessed it was Mp because I can see both Dom and Bass picking MP as a target.

This sums it up. If you think I'm a suit you'd have to ignore almost the entirety of my gameplay AND you'd have to believe I would slip up saying something so trivial when, if I was a baddie, I could have said nothing and just NKd Dom or built a case on him.

That's a lot of hoops you'd have to jump through, but I can understand why Dom in all his desperate baddieness is willing to jump right through them.

Yes once you were on the poll. I was thinking TH's statement came during the time MP was silenced, before the silencing ended before anyone was on the poll. I'll have to check back.

Don't know if it matters for the discussion at hand, but I note that either baddie team probably didn't assume that the other targeter was a baddie as well. Clearly Dom's team didn't think Bass was bad, because then Dom would likely have gone after him hard to get him lynched, instead of saying he thought Bass was a Civvie. Right, Domathan?

Indeed. Remember, we thought THREE people were silenced yesterday until Roxy and juliets showed up cursed at the eleventh hour. The suits had no idea who targeted Tyler other than themselves.

I obviously made an educated guess and was right. Actually I was wrong, I said MP was double targeted by the SAME team, and he wasn't. In any case, Dom saw my post and obviously went crawling to his BTSC and then they all agreed I must be bad because how else could I know??

Except I didn't know and Dom is just trying to bring down anyone he can with him.

Before I forget, I wanted to switch my vote to Long Con so he knows I've still got my eye on him!

I noted her explanation, but am unsure what to make of it. I've gotten good vibes from Roxy all game so I'm not too concerned about it. Don't see what she would gain from lying, and she felt genuine in her suspicions against both baddie teams (Bass and DF).

You and Dom are BOTH referencing my theory where I said the same team double targeted MP. That theory was wrong, even though they both ended up bad.

If I was on a baddie team and knew that Dom was bad and that MP was Tyler, I could have kept all that to myself and just NK'd Dom.

Definitely does not help that Lily matches theme with the secret sorcerer role, and that Lily is currently making cases against Daisy for being a suit. Given that Daisy was going hard after Dom... this really looks like a trojan horse kinda deal from the Sorc team.

Holy crap I do not trust Lily Potter at all. HORCRUX ALERT!

I'm guessing Epi came up with these polls before the game even started. The Doctor could be dead and we'd still probably see this poll. They seem to correlate with our choices in the Day 0 poll.
