Hahaha, oh yeah! I loved that part. After the kill failed I called you out for "parroting" people and you totally OWNED it! That was awesome. You played well, you pretty much had everyone in your corner.

Two funniest moments in the game were MM having to call everyone timmer, that was definitely worth it, especially when it ended up lasting for two lynches. And MP self destructing like a madman is the other one. I just couldn't stop laughing.

That weather messed me up too. I had mind controlled Llama that night to vote for Timmer (naturally), with the caveat that he wasn't allowed to tell anyone he was being mind controlled (something I foolishly had left off of all previous MC's).

At least one of those is incorrect, I voted for Roxy on 3.1. I also think I was the first person to vote for blindfaeth on Day 3.2, or at least one of the first to make a case on him.

I think Devin popped by to say he was Pro-Team MM/Sophie, which is apparently anti-TH... because TH isn't anti-timmer.

Re: The Flash: Battle for the Gem Cities (Day 8)

I've said time and again that I don't know what Timmer's role is and that my defense of him is based on my read of him. I've kept saying I don't think it makes sense for him to be a New Rogue given how he perceived Bass during that lynch. As for our BTSC, it was a mutual agreement to part ways and try to meet back up at Star Labs, but the lightning struck. Your theory about the New Rogues gaining BTSC on the map is not founded in anything we know about the roles MM. It's a complete fabrication meant to prop up your case and make it look more compelling.

The case against me is that I've defended Timmer.

The case against Timmer is... what, exactly?

Why have you been wanting to lynch Timmer since Day 4 Metalmarsh? Why have any of you who have been voting Timmer wanted to lynch him? And what's the reason for voting for me other than that I've defended Timmer?

BR, if I had that power I would honestly never target you with it, because I would know that you specifically would find a way to trace it back to me given our history. I don't know who's behind it but it's a clever gambit if they saw it working out exactly this way.

I still don't understand the Timmer votes, or especially the Bass votes. MM you asked me if I thought Bass was playing a civ-friendly game, my answer is yes because how else do you make sense of Bass' play? He is playing much differently than he did when we caught him as Bass 1.0. Then there's Sophie who hasn't said much this game but is strongly defending MM, which gives me pause. Sophie, why do you have so much trust in MM?

And as the player list whittles down I grow more concerned that rabbit and Soneji are inactive New Rogues rather than inactive Indies. I don't believe we've had a Murmur silence in quite some time, and Girder is almost assuredly still out there. Professor Zoom is either dead or inactive.
It's interesting that you don't mention Tar Pit or Blacksmith at all. :ponder:
It's not really that interesting. I was naming the ones that would have a noticeable impact on events we could see. Girder can't be night killed so he's still alive because we haven't lynched him. Murmur is either dead or inactive because of a lack of silences. The other roles aren't worth mentioning because it's impossible to tell whether they are active/alive or not. Magenta could be saving her pardon. Blacksmith only impacts New Rogues, we have no way to tell what she's up to. Nobody has brought forward any stories of Tar Pit-related incidents, but that doesn't necessarily mean he isn't active.

But inactivity is still a cause for concern to me. Made never posted, and we lynched his replacement, and Made turned out to be a completely apathetic serial killer. I don't think rabbit would play this way as a baddie, tbh, I think he would try to get replaced. Soneji I'm not so sure about.

He's playing differently than he did as Bass 1.0 and he's not giving himself any sort of longevity with his current playstyle if he's wrong about things. I don't see the baddie motivations for his behavior because if he's wrong he's likely to get lynched next. Actually he's getting lynched right NOW for it. Why did you vote for the marmot?
To see how you and others reacted to it. And while I do find your defense sincere, I don't get why votes swung Timmer's way as a response. LC said it would suck to get lynched like that so he switched to Timmer. I don't see how that's any different from lynching MM because LC didn't give reasons for switching to Timmer.

As for me and Timmer defending each other, Timmer hasn't really defended me at all until his deduction that I'm not the Top. I don't know why my defense of Timmer concerns you then. He's the player I currently feel is least likely to be a New Rogue ,and New Rogues are who I'm trying to lynch.

FZ I'm not trying to discredit Llama's opinions. I'm trying to figure out why you are treating his opinions as if they are backed by info. From what I know of your play in Death Note and Llama's play in the same game, I was expecting you to be reacting to Llama differently.

Because he came in after Dream had already more than a few votes, and said it was Dream was the right way to go. After he said before, he doesn't like info dumping, or something in those lines, I thought that he decided to finally put his own thoughts and vote in a way that won't influence us. But I forgot that he couldn't have had that information that night anyway.
But that's kind of my point... Llama doesn't want us to be influenced by his vote, but you used that as a reason to be influenced by his vote. Just seemed off to me, given the specific players that are involved.

Where did he sound like a frustrated baddie? I don't remember a single post from him.

Black Rock wrote:Also, have we seen a Plunder kill for sure? Or was that recently and what you think Dream is? Sorry, I have a lot of things going on today and can't remember everything. Right now in my mind I don't remember a Plunder kill and I have attached that role to Soneji at this present moment.
There was no Plunder kill Night 2, and then we had two mystery kills Night 4. Llama's team doesn't kill on odd nights so they were probably two baddie kills. But you're right there's been no explicit Plunder kill at all. That's part of the reason it seems so sinister.

See that's interesting because I was starting to consider him for Grodd :ponder:
Why is that? If you are suggesting that a mind control was put on him, and failed, then what night would that have happened? rabbit would have been cursed Night 1. Myself on Night 2. BR on Night 3. MP on Night 4. Nobody last night.

I was actually thinking something a little less baddie.
It was something that he said about LC and LC's post about Grodd a little earlier. He ruled LC out of being Grodd for a pretty whack reason. I wasn't looking at it from the mind control angle, I can't rule out that we have any of those missing. But I feel like he should have kept his vote on you, because he said he wasn't going to change it unless something big came up. Then he switched to DREAM for an offhanded remark. It felt proactively defensive on his part. That could be how he's playing it as a civvie too, it just felt... wrong. Like if he splits the vote between MM and DREAM, maybe Timmer catches a few votes and goes down in the crossfire.
