I felt kinda bad that killing Rico ended the whole beach/hatch mechanic. That could have been fun. Probably worked out better for us this way though..

I stand by my assessment of Eloh and MP. If I'm wrong, oh well. That means my vote today is going to either Quin or INH.

I'm not impressed. What are your actual thoughts on Quin or INH?

My thinking is along the same lines as Epi here with regards to the hatch people- we know that at least one of these players is the killer. The difference being that I think Quin is the least likely to be bad. If I ranked the hatchlings it would be Quin, MP, INH, Eloh. Including the beach bums I'd put Epi with MP and INH and Daisy a step down from Quin.

I'm not always going to come up with a novel reason to be suspicious of someone. By saying I trusted certain players I mean that I trust their assessment of the players/situations and agree with them.

Eloh has been on my ass since day one and she's wrong. I think good points have been made about her but it's mostly revolved around whether she knew what Quin was doing or not. I just don't know, her memory is that bad really? I'd have voted her if what's come up about dh and inh hadn't come up but I'm lost really

I feel pretty good about mp and Quin. I'd vote with which group I feel better about over all but the other four voters I'm either leaning bad or neutral on.

Indeed you have. Since day one, just like Epi has been of Eloh. I don't think my tone is dismissive in that post, I think the issue you have is that it could cast some shade on daisy if it's true. Daisy is not even close to getting my vote today so don't worry.

@ Daisy- I'm a wonky person, what can I say. If that scenario didn't include you I think you'd agree that it was a good catch. As for my Scotty votes, day one I did actually vote for him initially but switched because I had two votes and didn't want to be lynched on some last minute shenanagins. Day two almost nothing happened on the beach. Scotty wasn't going to be a lynch candidate so I went with Epi, was that a bad choice? Should I have voted for gman like you?

I agree with Elo about Quin on a couple things, one being his claim and specifically the way he's tried to play it off strike me as off. Then again, me and Quin have been going after one another since the game began- maybe I'm kinda biased.

I agree with DF that the end of both days could be interpreted as a save attempt for Elo. Specifically, Spacedaisy's D2 G-Man vote seems a little weak, and could be intended to tip the scales in his direction, especially as it comes a couple hours after DF's G-Man vote in the Hatch thread. SD basically saved Elo on D2, same as the Soneji CFD saved her on D1.

I'm inclined to go against Elo today, look at SD if she flips bad, and look at Quin if she flips civ.

Ohh.. good point made here connecting the Beach and hatch threads in paragraph 3.

As far as the Quin/Eloh thing goes. I understand what Quin is doing. It's kinda-sorta common in these smaller games....(isn't it? I mean.... I've definitely seen it before anyway) I don't think he is suspicious for doing it. I'm more bewildered by Eloh not getting it/never having seen it done before. True, if she had a team they would just explain it to her so her seemingly "not getting it" would come across as civ. On the other hand she could just be playing off like she doesn't get it as an excuse to stick to her Quin suspicion.

I'm going to read the hatch thread to see what was up with you all voting for Eloh there.

And hopefully address whatever has come up with my name here.

It wansnt me. I voted for Epi, so did Scotty. Daisy and Dom voted Gman. Our beach thread was pathetically quiet.

My suspicion of you wasn't based only on low posters. It was that you and Scotty were early to declare your location and then scam for pretty much the rest of the day. Also I didn't vote for you. I did vote for Scotty for those reasons I mentioned earlier and because it seemed strange coming from him. Scotty isn't one who I think of as a low poster.

That reminds me also that I would have preferred to have kept my vote on Scotty for yesterday but I had 2 votes at the time and Sonj only had three. I didn't want any last minute vote switching to put me in the lead so I moved over to Sonj, I didn't find him suspicious. Sorry sonjei

It's an observation that you're basing your judgment on and yes, you are being a fun killer.

You also put Epignosis as neutral when last I checked his roleplay:content ratio was worse than mine. You say it's because you tend to auto-suss him but who cares. Look at the facts of this game here.

You act like you have no knowledge of our previous game play together but I know you and I have gone against each other in games before. I've contributed to your lynch and hounded you all game (or for multiple rounds at least) and it just makes me wonder if your attack on me this game is trying to head that off before it starts again.

I also think that you're basing too much of your opinions of players on their character.

I find it pretty hypocritical of you,G-man, to call out players for role play in a game when role play is encouraged. You role play in games when it's not even an aspect of the game. And I think it's borderline mean to pick on me for low contribution on day one when that pretty much all I ever have on day one, I am one of those players who needs a bit of time to settle into a game. I could have done better by just not showing up day one but since this game encourages role play I thought I'd try to have a little fun. Excuse me for that, I thought this was a game though. This is the kind of thing that's making me play fewer and fewer games lately. Plus, you are someone who has been playing mafia with me for longer than almost anyone on here- back to darkufo days- you are calling me out for what I do in basically every game.

That seems a bit suspicious to me, knowing how civs like to tear themselves apart in games- it would benefit them to get business out of the way and then fade out of the convo. Epi for content reasons, he's probably the only one who could rival me for low content posts at this point.

As for G. I cannot decide if he is trying to be a helpful civ or if he's being deceptive. His plan sounds like it could be a good idea except for the fact that we can't just put people here and there. They are going to choose where they want to go. And from my experience, I say most civs won't go along with a plan or agree to work together. There's too much skepticism/ego for that.
