I don't understand what you don't understand about matts post. He doesn't know why Mac wouldn't want LC back or a message from LC or whatever else a vote for LC in the night poll would have given us. I don't know that the poll gave anyone anything useful but I can see where Matt is coming from with it.

Matt- do you think Dom checked me? I remember I suspected you and him of being teammates for a while there- I sensed you two had some kind of a connection at the time. Then you two started going against each other in the thread & it seemed like more than teammate distancing (and then of course Dom died and flipped civ) so I didn't suspect you as much. I feel like I should be having an "A-ha!" Moment here about you but since everything is so secret in this game I'm not having it.

Anyway- I still suspect Mac as #1, you were just my most likely as his btsc mate if the game doesn't end with his death. Do you think he is the last baddie? I remember thinking something was weird with the boomslang lynch and no one but you seemed to agree. Do you think boom was bad?

I am paranoid when it comes to Matt as well, but he's going after Mac as well, and also, do you have any idea why he's defending you so much if he's not bad...or if he is?

Mac and Matt both started defending me around night 7-ish. Before that (around day 5 I think it was) Matt was actually suspicious of me and I don't think Mac had mentioned me much. I think Matt found out my role, or my alignment at least, and that's why he defends me like he does. Is it just a coincidence that it was the same time that Mac also was pro-Sorsha? I don't know. It seems like btsc knowledge sharing to me.

I agree that its a positions poll, I think they all have been. But some polls/some choices in the past have also given a bonus or a curse... So... the question here would be do the roles listed have anything to do with the bonus/curse that may or may not be going out or will it have some other outcome, or is it just messing with us.

Since the whole Kubrick/position 1 thing is a moot point now... what's bad about position 1?

That's why I want to hear from everyone what will they say if MM will flip indy before I decide to lynch him. If we had time, I think someone should look at the votes again. If we lynch anyone who is not bad today, the mafia NK tonight and we lynch another non-mafia tomorrow then it's game over baddies win. If MM and juliets are civ/not bad and you are bad (or even if you are civ and wrong about this) then welp... thats game over.

By extension of Matt's claim that you are civ. Nothing to do with FZ. FZ I have eliminated as a candidate through deduction of her interactions with dead scum and her voting pattern. I don't actually know your alignment. If I said I did I was guessing or joking. What/where did I post it?

I admit that my knowledge of scum team size/game building and balance etc. on TS in big games is zero but I think that the idea that the teams are 4 would mean that there is a team alive with 3 of their teammates alive and I cannot rationalise any three person teams that make sense. I tried. Perhaps there are more indies alive than civs and the balance was with numerous independents?

I'm pretty sure you were defending me before Matt was (I'll have to check for sure when I get off work). And your guessing/joking was pretty on point if that's the case.

How do you defend against defending a bad guy? You can't. It happens, you suck it up and get on with it.

He's saying if the steps a person takes to go from one conclusion to the next are sketchy, their conclusions are sketchy.

Could be, but civs are often unsure. Unless you have an info role and know what you are saying is 100%. Sometimes your gut feeling gets in the way of what is really happening and vice-versa. There's two sides to every coin and having no real info can make it hard to know which one is right.
