When you mortgage a property you get half of what it cost to buy that property. For example board walks cost $400. So if you mortgage that you get $200 from it.

Not really a good point, since I already debunked it, but that's ok. I know most of the players in this game won't really care who's lynched since they're LMS, so it's easiest to just come on and agree with whatever without adding much of their own input.

MM because he has been quite active in buying things even after he ran into Kentucky and would have gone into negative numbers without a good income stream. Ninju has been online and could have been sending pms in even though she is not posting in the game at all.
