All mafia are from badguyia, not all badguyia are mafia. So it's basically a cop with at least one and likely multiple killers.

Also, remember the whole TSP mixup? Seems to point to mafia MDing cops.

I agree with your first point, which means that if speedchuck properly IDs someone from goodguyia, that person must be civilian. But yes, that is a big IF.
