Customer service is such a pain in the arse. There are too many people looking to take advantage of these workers, and not enough ways for the employees to protect themselves.

I hope thinks trend back to the better Daisy. And it can be doubly infuriating to come home from a bad day (or week) at work to find out that people are yelling at you in mafia too.
