They were supposed to do stuff but they didn't.
The Barista (Dizzy) - The Barista can server drinks throughout the day. And if he serves someone the drink that is their role flavor, he gets BTSC with them at night. Up to a max of 3 people - Town
The Regular (falcon) - The Regular orders the same thing every time. If The Barista serves him a drink that is not his role, The Regular dies. - Town
The Roastmaster (alexa) - The Roastmaster can search a player to find out if they are the Barista. - Mafia
Caveat, I threw this together at the last second because no one else was available to host a Heist.
My thought was that the Barista could have the chance at gaining a neighborhood with multiple players N1, and even later nights if they played their cards right. But I didn't want to overpower that too much, so I erred on the game shifting more towards mountainous than massively overpowering town.
I'll admit that falcon's role was as much for the lulz as it was for the balance though.
