My favorite D&D character was a chaotic neutral rogue skeleton NPC I made named Jessica Bones.

I find myself looking at this and thinking "if that's really how I'm viewed then I should try to be more unpredictable so I can seem less boring... but also try to be a lot more by-the-books so I can be more effective".

it turns out the neutral part is exactly right.
