Sand in your crack

After everything that had gone down for this extremely long weekend with fingersplints and Roxy everyone was ready to just stay in the cabin.....except sig.

Couldn't keep nature boy inside trapped in a damn cabin where he was still sleeping on the stairs bc, hey, it was so comfy but he was thinking a moonlit swim would be so decadent. He headed back out to the beach area of the river.

He dove into the water and it felt so great. He swam and floated for awhile then became tired in that happy way you get after a good day.
He laid out his Rick and Morty beach towel and put his hat over his eyes and just relaxed. It was glorious having this quiet time with no one doing anything stupid. He promptly fell asleep.

A friend noticed sig on the beach and smirked to themselves. They slipped out the side door of the cabin and snuck over to where sig was sleeping.

They proceeded to bury sig up to his neck in sand and ran away giggling like a school kid out at recess.

Hours later, as the sun was coming up, sig woke up and was so relaxed it took him a minute to realize what had happened. And tried to stand up but could not. He kept falling back down on his butt. Pretty soon his butt crack was so full of sand he was in pain every time he moved. Sand had gotten into places that sand should NEVER be. He understood now why the others had left and he left without saying a word to anyone.

sig drove himself home.

In Honour of Six, they had an ice cream feast. They went all out; Dozens of flavours and all the toppings. Everyone ate their fill.
No need for dinner when this much ice cream was on the menu.
After they finished some were tired for bed, but others noticed that it was actually still light out at their usual bedtime, so they might as well stay up.
They decided to go for a walk. Almost immediately the talk turned to who was responsible for all the shenanigans as of late.
Everyone had reasons why it could/couldn’t be everyone. And they were all pretty curious who would be most vulnerable tonight.

Well, lemonfairy should have perhaps been more careful with her words.
Someone saw that as a challenge. They switched some signs and she got distracted watching the sunset, that she didn’t notice til she was super lost.
She had no choice but to go home.

Lemonfairy had been eliminated. She was Long Days of Sunshine (town)

After some successful uncovering of scoundrels and some less successful bonfires, the group decided what they needed most of all was a relaxing day at the beach. If you are reading these posts, say happy birthday Valerie in your next post, as my first born just turned 5!
SixStrings and Dennis decided to have a little father/son ice cream eating competition. They both ate and they ate and they ate.
Until SixStrings couldn’t take another bite. He had to go home.
He was eliminated, and was Ice Cream (town)

Everyone settled around the campfire. The mood was celebratory, as they had vanquished the evil mosquitos and were enjoying an itch free night.

Most had decided burgers were the clear choice for dinner. They could use the extra protein after all that hiking. lemonfairy was enjoying the S’mores while pyxxy tucked into the biggest serving of beans ever.

“Hey, those look good. Can I have some too?” asked Camilla. Someone fixed her a plate. She soon began to regret this decision.

“Guys I’m really sorry” she said as everyone began holding their noses and moving a little farther away.

Camilla started getting gut aches now the gas wasn't coming out it got worse and their gut just started expanding more and more pretty soon it was so bad they decided to just bounce.

Bounce home that is. Camilla has been eliminated.
You have 48 hours to find who is responsible.

Seanzie was so homesick. They hiked slowly in no hurry to return to the cabin all they wanted to do was go home and sleep in their own damn bed.

Up ahead someone was whistling, everyone was chatting and laughing. Seanzie wondered to themselves why can't I just let it all go and relax?!?

With work being so overwhelming and not ever having time to socialize maybe they had just forgotten how. They sighed inwardly and decided to sit and take a break.
fingersplints noticed and jogged back and said "Hey you want me to sit and have a break with you?"

Seanzie replied "Nah, I think I just need a minute alone of quiet. I'll catch up."
fingersplints rushed to catch up with the others.

Seanzie sat quietly for awhile watching sun getting ready to set. The forest smelled so wonderful, the crickets had started their nightly songs and he dozed off.

Seanzie awoke with a start. It was dark but at least there was a mostly full moon. They started to slowly make their way down the mountain. The trail was hard to follow but they felt they had headed in the right direction, they hadn't. Four hours later they stumbled upon the ranger station. They were tired and hungry and told the ranger to just take him home to their Mom's house.

Seanzie has been eliminated, he was Mosquito bites (mafia)
Hunker down it's going to be a long night for someone.....

Hey guys, just a reminder. It’s great to have friends, but when we use names unknown to others it makes things confusing to others.

All of you might not know my name is Mandi, or if it’s a joke. As I said it’s good to have friends but let’s post so everyone feels included. Because in mafia, isn’t that what we want? Town wants everyone to read their posts, and mafia wants to pretend like they want that.

The rain had finally stopped overnight as she walked out of her cabin. It had been a long winter, as she looked up a bud on a tree opened up with a burst of purple as dawn finally broke over the mountain.

Three hours later there was grumbling in the cabin, splints had decided they had waited long enough.

"Is everything ready?" she asked

"Yeah we're all set" Roxy answered "just a few odds and ends to take care of. "

They drank their coffee and smoked their breakfast then gathered some firewood and hung the hammock.

They giggled as they went back inside. A butterfly landed on splints and they took it as a positive omen.

Now all they had to do was wait for everyone to show up.

When you show up do not show up empty handed- you must post a song or preferably a video of your favorite song of summer
