I’m on I think episode 5 of Ted Lasso. Funny show so far. Definitely enjoying it.

I just started Season 2. I really like it so far. Amazing cast.

I meant to watch that sense8, but I don't have Netflix anymore. I'll get around to it someday. And orphan black! Man you guys just reminded me of so much I wanted to watch!

Oh yea the way it is filmed is a bit awkward in certain scenes.

I've heard good things about that, although I know nothing at all about it. I'll have to check it out. How many seasons are there? (Perhaps I should say series as we are talking about British tv lol)

I need to watch some of that. I've seen quotes from him in panel type situations and he (David Mitchell) is just hilarious. He is definitely the stronger comedian out of the pair as I find him naturally funny, but I feel Robert Webb is necessary to make the skits work.

So yea, now that I am done with that (and Downton Abbey finished on Christmas) I need to try out some more British tv but am not sure what yet. I'm still somewhere back in the David Tennant episodes of Doctor Who so perhaps I will go back to that.

I've been trying to get into some British series. I just watched two series done by a comedy duo, David Mitchell and Robert Webb.

If you like sketch comedy I would recommend the Mitchell and Webb look. I personally found the skits a bit hit or miss. Like there is one about snooker commentators that if you don't give a shit about snooker is a bit tedious.

I preferred their series Peep Show (which actually just "finished"... or so they say...). It took me a season or two to get into it, but I enjoyed it in the end. Some of it is totally cringeworthy but I think it was overall pretty funny.
I like some of the supporting characters too. I think the character of Super Hans is great and creates a funny dynamic. Some of the actors from this show made their way to the other show, but sadly he was not one of them.

I've been having a Frasier marathon, which I have actually never seen an episode of until now. It's funny. I just love Eddie.

The new season of Rick and Morty is so funny.

Walter was the best part of that show.

Perhaps it will get picked up by another channel. That's happened recently with a couple of shows I like

I still haven't started Parks and Rec. I did start Orange is the New Black. (I am on episode 2) I feel like from what I have heard everyone who has watched it loves it and has called it a great binge show, but it hasn't really grabbed my attention yet. Any fans of the show remember about where they were hooked?

I was actually just debating watching it now! Glad to hear a good review of it though, because I was just considering it based off of that Netflix seems to really want me to watch it and I saw Naveen Andrews in the preview.

I watched a couple episodes of the UK Office this week. Ricky Gervais doesn't have to do anything but laugh and I just find him hysterical.

I have never seen it. It's one of those ones that I have been meaning to at least see what it's about I ve been putting it off.

I love Game of Thrones, but the books are so much better it isn't even funny. Keys and I have been even debating whether to continue watching. (those who know me know I don't abandon shows though!)

I've been watching this old show Father Ted. Idk how I feel about it.
Hockey has been taking up a lot of my time too.

Has anyone been watching Daredevil? I watched the first episode and I liked it!

I'm watching this old British show called Red Dwarf. Has anyone ever seen this? it's not great, but I think it's funny and I like the characters. that guy who evolved from a cat

That's good to hear. I was kinda worried about that. A lot of times when a show has such a fantastic center character it makes the supporting cast seem flat and boring.

Cool. I heard similar reviews after the pilot but haven't checked anything since. I used to watch House, and I love Rainn Wilson, so I'm very hopeful.

I haven't started it yet but will soon.

I also have Backstrom ready to watch of anyone can tell me if that is good at all

I'm watching Battlestar Galactica too.

We just started House of Cards.

So far so good! I don't think its the greatest show ever, but thats what I like. It's fun

I'm onto the 10th Doctor, and the episode I just started has his HP dad in it too! I like seeing actors I know from one thing in something else

We had a Twilight Zone marathon last year. We still have some to finish up so should do that.

I'm a couple episodes into the second series of Doctor Who.

I love Futurama. We had a marathon of it when I moved to England. Zoidberg is my favorite.

I'm also watching the current season of Boardwalk Empire as it airs. The first two episodes have been really good.
And I just watched episode 1 of Outlander. (I've read the book) It's ok so far but I am not sure how I feel about most of the casting. I pictured most of them so differently.

I watched an episode in class last week, and almost started watching too. It's humor is just straight up my alley.

I think you will like it. I was a bit unsure before I started it. I think I am always just a bit wary of sitcoms, but it really is pretty funny!
